However after performing a Sony software update on one of the TVs I experienced this issue where the TV wouldnt turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting and no response from the TV. The TV just passed its 2 year warranty and when I called Sony customer service they were absolutely no help. By far the worst customer service I ever experienced with any brand of any product!!! After spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with them they gave me the address to this authorized Sony repair shop that I could have googled myself in 30 secs. I took the TV over to the shop where I paid $75 plus TAX so they can diagnose the problem. I got a phone call back after one week where they explained it would further cost $600 to fix the issue. The TV brand new only cost $900. Needless to say I was both very disappointed with Sonys customer service and this authorized repair shop. After being a dedicated Sony customer Im relieved to admit I wont purchase any more Sony products. Im leaving this review in an effort to share my experience and hope people don't experience this.

I was a bit leery because of the reviews on Google about them. Today 3/11/2021, 2 men came to my home to replace the screen. They knew their business! In just a few minutes the screen was replaced, checked the TV that it was working correctly, re-hooked up my components, then checked them to be working properly, cleaned up the paper from the new screen, and they were gone! However, even worse the mount model they used is rated for 77lb... The instructions I found had two models listed: 77 and 99lb. They endangered my family by their deficient work.
