Until my road test, the rudest lady came out from behind the counter, and had told me to go wait outside in the front, so I did. As she's coming outside she walks straight to my car without acknowledging me and so I follow her. We get into my car and start the road test. As we get closer to the end of my test (mind you I had 0 wrong in that time being) she had asked me to pullover and as I did she tell ms me, "did you notice what you did wrong". and as I'm looking at her with complete confusion, she had told me I made 6 wrong within making a right turn and driving a minute down the road, and at that point i'm confused as to why I got so many wrong in such little time. So we proceeded back to the DMV. We get back to the DMV and she LITERALLY gets out of my car without talking to me THE DRIVER, about how I did and the 6 things I got WRONG! and as everyone knows if you're underage you need to bring a licensed driver so I brought my mom, and she walks right past her as well and goes straight back into the DMV. The MVD offices in Arizona are way better in every aspect I can think of. Don't bother calling this office because nobody will answer the phone. The employees here were always rude and incompetent at their jobs. Scheduling something as simple as a road test here takes a month and another month of waiting. In Arizona, you can get scheduled within minutes with a wait time of only a week.

Every time I go to apply for new plates, the requirements seem to change without notice, and the staff is consistently unhelpful and unwilling to assist. On one occasion, an employee told me in a very unprofessional tone: "Next time, make sure you know what you're coming for, because you took a number for plate renewal, not for new plates." Instead of offering guidance, it felt like they were just looking for a reason to turn me away. Another time, I brought all the paperwork they had asked for previously, only to be told I needed an additional document that isn't even listed in their official requirements. This lack of consistency only delays the process and wastes time and money. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, but rather a recurring pattern of poor service and disorganization. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service and offer clearer, more respectful assistance to people like me who are working hard and following the rules.
