I have been to 2 other groups for help with my spine issues and scoliosis and NEVER have I ever been treated so negatively, there is no CARE or EMPATHY at all on their part. One of the worst customer service companies I have ever encountered. My fiance has a chronic pain…read moredisorder and as a result is in constant pain. The first step to becoming a patient with the pain clinic is to sign a contract with them that you will be friendly and be clean and so on when you come in to see them. This is something that they require of you, but in no way hold themselves to the same standard. The last visit that we had there the doctor on staff came to the brilliant conclusion that my fiance may have fibromyalgia, the very disorder that we had been going to the clinic for and had been for several months. This obviously is a lack of any collaboration between doctors to find a solution to any problems and also a lack of basic preparation by the doctor to at least look at the patient chart. Also, when you show up to the clinic for your scheduled appointment you are guaranteed to have a wait of at least a half hour, which is an indication of overbooking. Overbooking in my opinion is a result of greed. Get the patient in, get them out, no preparation, no cares. When I called to share my displeasure with the clinic they were very defensive which shows a lack of basic customer service knowledge. In fact I was told after calling the second time that they were going to call the police for harassment. All that I wanted was someone to acknowledge the problem and help me with a solution. I have left three messages with the manager and to this day, about a month later, still have heard nothing back. This place is awful and they just don't care to improve.
