I called the number they have listen and total Karen that answered the phone first said I have to transfer you to a different department, click. She didn't give me a chance to respond or anything and then proceeded to transfer me to another person who was not in. I got a message saying that they were not available. I called back and explained to the same Karen what happened when she transferred me. At that she said "well if they are already on other calls, which they are, you will just have to wait." And click again. She didn't let me explain it wasn't putting me a in a queue to wait it was saying they couldn't help me. So again I got the same message. I called back and quickly explained again what happened and that same Karen said she knew it wasn't a line. So it doesn't explain why she said I would just have to wait if there is no way to wait. At this point I was so done. There are so many other competitors online and really tried, clearly this company doesn't care about patients at all. This woman is one of the rudest ppl I have spoken too. I told her that I would take my business to a competitor and hung up. Now I'm writing this review. I hope this helps save others their money because if they act like this before they get your money can you imagine if you pay them and something goes wrong. Eeek!!!! What a nightmare that would be.

My mother has been living with chronic neck pain, including severe muscle spasms. Recently, her…read morepain has gotten EXTREMELY worse because of a series of visits to DIFFERENT physical therapists and chiropractors. To be clear, her pain has gotten so bad that she is bed-ridden and can't even pick up her 9-month old child anymore. She can't even walk around a store for more than ten minutes. So, my mother decided to go see this man, and basically they agreed upon a SIMPLE CONSULTATION. He said that he would review her MRIs and x-rays to see IF HE COULD EVEN HELP HER. With that being said, my mother is VERY cautious about who touches her because every time she see's a chiropractor or a physical therapist, all they do is make her EXTREMELY WORSE. She explained this to Dr. Clerico. He said he would see her in a week. Meanwhile, she was still experiencing SEVERE pain, so she went back to her primary care doctor, who RECOMMENDED her to go to more physical therapy. She did this, and of course, it made her worse. (WHEN I SAY WORSE, TRUST ME, I WITNESS THIS, MY MOTHER WOULD RATHER NOT BE ALIVE THAN TO DEAL WITH THIS EXCRUCIATING PAIN DAY IN AND DAY OUT, IT IS EXTREMELY SAD.) So, at this point, she did not want anyone to touch her anymore, she was scared, and that's why. She decided she would just go back to see Dr. Clerico and explain this incident to him and politely ask him to bill her insurance for his consultation and the time he spend evaluating her medical documents. NOW THIS IS THE HORRIBLE PART. I go back in with my mother to see Dr. Clerico, and the minute we walked in my mother was VERY NERVOUS, because she has had nothing but bad experiences with almost every medical professional she has seen. She was polite about everything, and when she wasn't even done speaking, he opens his mouth and says "Well let me tell you something". FIRST OF ALL, you don't speak to someone like that. He basically told her it was an INSULT to him that she told him she didn't want to be touched because she WAS SCARED. He said that he didn't have any faith in the chiropractic industry, even though she TOLD HIM SHE HAS SEEN THREE CHIROPRACTORS before. He said that no one would ever be able to help her because all she did was COMPLAIN (LIKE SHE'S SITTING HERE WANTING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING IN PAIN 24/7, WHEN ALL SHE WANTS IS HELP TO GET BETTER). He also made it seem like she was wrong for seeking the help of other medical professionals in different industries, such as physical therapy and her own medical doctor. It seemed as if all this man cared about was competition with WHO? I have no idea. & money. He also said that he couldn't bill her insurance because it would be IILEGAL, & now "HE'S NOT GETTING PAID AND HE DOESN'T WORK FOR FREE"---HIS EXACT WORDS AFTER SHE OFFERED TO PAY HIM. This man is a QUACK and an ABUSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL, and most of all UNPROFESSIONAL medical person I have EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. My mother is already stressed out and she walked out of his office CRYING, which in turn made her stressed out, which in turn made her neck flare up. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for a chiropractor, DO NOT GO TO HIM. AVOID HIM if anything, and PLEASE find someone else!! SHAME ON YOU DR. CLERICO!!!!! This place has the very minimum of care. You can't expect a nurse in less than an hour. I'm a…read morepatient and tonight had to wait 4 1/2 hours after requesting a nurse, and then only got one because I got out of bed and went and found someone. Some nights I have had to wait over 6 hours for a nurse. During the day you can usually get a nurse within 1-3 hours. The food ranges from good to something that I wouldn't feed my dog all within the same day. Some of the nurses barely speak English. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this place a 2. Some of the nurses are nice, and some of them get upset if you require anything. As far as Physical Therapy, some days you get it, and some days you don't. You just never know.
