Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires medical attention, but the staff at Mercy Health were amazing! I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, so I know good care when I see it. Everyone from the techs, nurses, nurse practitioner, registration staff, and the doctor were all kind, quick, and thorough with my stepmother's care. The staff assessed, treated, and discharged my stepmother in a timely manner and made sure they gave us clear discharge instructions and directions for follow-up care. Rating from F to A+++, I would give them an A+++. I would definitely recommend this hospital for your care needs.

But I have a different situation and for some reason I am getting sent to a different Doctor. When I called to explain that it was my foot that was the problem they set an appointment with a Dr that does shoulders, hips and knees and had to reschedule so I had to wait another 6 ot 8 weeks. They set me up with another Doctor that didn't deal with the foot and I get a call telling me they had to change my appointment by then I was frustrated and the lady had the nerve to tell me not to yell at her. I said if I was yelling she would know. So my appointment got reset and what happened? I got sent to a PA of a Doctor who doesn't deal with the foot. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to see a Doctor who deals with the foot. I don't understand why they can't get it together.
