This was so very painful and I left with a wrapped up leg full of bruises and bandages covering a cut in my leg !! This was so painful that I was screaming "ouch I feel that cut and needles "after they claimed they deaden the area ! It was the worst experience I've ever had in his office and will not do the other leg because I feel this should have been done in a hospital where I could be sedated to not feel this horrible pain!! He is my cardiologist but I will never be coerced again by the Nurse after she called me several times to convince me to do this procedure!! I felt like a victim or Ginny pig during this procedure and it was just so awful and painful that I'll never let them convince me that this is just a minimal pain procedure!! It was the worst!!! After 24 hours and unwrapping my leg, I see that it is badly bruised in several places up my leg and a deep cut covered with bandages! Be ware of this procedure!! Cons: 1)the clinical staff are just plain miserable. I have yet to even get a hello after my name is called to go to the back, and nobody has ever introduced themselves to me. Last time I was here, when the medical assistant came to take me from one room to another, she didn't even bother to stop her conversation with another nurse to address me by name or speak directly to me. I got hand gestures. Front desk and check out are generally much more pleasant. 2)You WILL wait. Why they can't adjust the schedule for this is beyond me, but I generally wait 20 minutes to an hour just to get back and see Dr. John Samuel. I've never seen Asha or Paulraj. I'm not planning on coming back after my pregnancy ends which was the only reason I came here in the first place.

I had to check my daughter I because Patrice at OBGYN front desk is always unpleasant to her and others. She has lied on her to nurses and doctors before. Her job is not that difficult yet she makes it like she is bothered by a patient. As i waited to be checked in she did me the same way and I myself have been coming to Kelsey for decades and never had a bad experience. She rudely announces she's talking with another patient . If she wants a patient to sit down and not wait in line she needs to have a sign that says that. All I was doing was standing there waiting and had to walk away with that same experience for the first time that my daughter had. Very disappointed.

Asked if she could speak with the doctor and explain the situation that he has two broken bones and she said no they won't squeeze anyone in. Do not use this place they do not care about their patients!!!
