A cancer survivor, I don't know that I have ever been so impressed with a medical facility. From the second I walked through the doors I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, who took care of a myriad of paperwork. I had an ultrasound on my first visit and Radiologist Dr. Martinez told me she didn't think I needed to proceed with a breast biopsy as nothing was seen on my ultrasound. She recommended a follow up with a mammography, which I had the following week. Holly did the mammogram and she was wonderful. My greatest appreciation to Radiologist Dr. Bernard who reviewed all my films and made a plan moving forward. As it turned out the imaging from the other facility, which recommended a biopsy was not a quality image. Special appreciation to Lisa...you are awesome! I will never go anywhere else for imaging. The entire practice works like a clock and I am so relieved and grateful.

They take pride in what they do and keep the facility clean and operational. They continue to improve the equipment and invest in making things better. My wife and I both lost fat and gained muscle while working out here. I lost 80lbs the old fashion way of exercise at this gym and watching what I eat at home. No shot, not surgery, no pills, no fake fat burning supplements, just working out building muscle slowly and losing fat. I started slow at the gym after not exercising for a while. Came in did one exercise for 3 sets of 10 and left. After a few weeks I added exercises, added weight, reps, time as my weight decreased my strength improved. As I lost the fat my blood work went from pre diabetic of 6.3 to now 4.9, I had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and my visceral fat was so much my doctor ordered an ultrasound and confirmed I had Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. In just 6 months or working out at Better Bodies and eating healthier I went from 274lbs to 192lbs. I did it without killing myself on a treadmill nor pushing myself too much to soon. I took my time and slowly transformed my body and health. I now work out 3-4 days a week at Better Bodies and my strength has increased. I am 51 years old and I am no longer on blood pressure meds. I lift more weight now than I have ever been able to and my health is better than it has been in years. The friendliness of the staff and fellow members keeps my spirits up even when my motivation lags. You don't need to spend a long time at the gym just start slow. They have awesome trainers that you can use to help you if you need them or you can ask any member and they will be happy to help. You can be a better version of yourself without TRT or GLP1s. You can do it without starving yourself or beating yourself up with endless cardio. You just need a little time and a little self discipline and you can do it. Don't stop early trust the process! The gym is open to members 24-7 so you always have an opportunity for a workout. She was grumpy, seemed put out to even having to wait on people who walked in. My husband explained it was our first visit and we/he was clueless and really was asking for 1st time experiencial knowledge. I would never recommend this establishment as long as the red headed angry young woman is who's at the front window. Such a bad start to our first experience. An inservice on 'Good patient service' or don't work with people face to face. We left or were really thrown out because we talked to each other. We do everything together, both mid-70's, so being barked at for talking was totally unnecessary. Sorry for bad review. We might look in and see if that lady is there and if not, we might try shopping again.

However the ladies in the front were nice but not informative with my insurance. I came here precisely because my HMO told me to since it was in network. My case worker told me it would be a certain price and when I got here I paid another. So my husband mentioned it to the lady in the front desk and she said she'll look into it.
