I have been searching for a salon and stylist that truly cares about the health of your hair and who knows how to cut hair properly. Most salons CANNOT cut hair professionally even though they charge you for said "professional cut." Angela will give you an outstanding cut. I firmly believe that my hair grew faster and healthier because of it. My hair was so damaged, tangled and breaking off from hormones and stress. Angela was so sweet and extremely informative about hair health and products. She has a pleasant and gentle energy that transfers to how she handles the service that you're getting. She is honest and gives you all the information regarding your hair as well as how to take care of it "after" the appointment. After seeing all the good reviews, I was confident this would be a great place, it ended up being the WORST experience of my life. My hairstylist was a new graduate. I understand everyone has to learn and start somewhere, but this was outrageous. A different hairstylist had to tell her what to do step by step, even then she had no idea what she was doing. One side was significantly longer than the other, I could easily see it on the mirror. I told her about and she said she would check. Before the blowout, I asked to have her coworker check it. He fixed it. After the blowout it was type to texturize as I have a lot of hair. When I finally looked in the mirror, when she told me she was done. I LOOKED LIKE AN UMBRELLA. I immediately woke down crying, I know there aren't many ways to fix my hair, as it is really short. I asked him to finish it. I didn't want to touch my hair any more, he fixed as best he could. I looks a little better. There were stylists available at that point but Noone came to help. When I finally got up and went to pay, the stylist could not charge me, apparently didn't know how to. With the receptionist and a hairstylist sitting by the counter, neither helped, in fact the receptionist was annoyed. I am disappointed and angry at how this establishment handled everything. The stylist definitely needs more training, but the rest of the staff, they outrage me. Why put a client thru this??

Now, I've never had a blowout or anything like this done before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I arrived 15 minutes early, and they took me right away--amazing first impression. And the salon? Wow. Holy Batman! Some of the cutest clothes, accessories, and little finds I've ever seen. I was tempted to shop the whole time! Now let's talk about Lexi--the star of the show. I had no clue what I wanted, so I told her to do her thing because she's the expert. And oh boy, am I glad I did. Lexi transformed my hair from "please don't leave the house without a hat" to "go out and show this off to the world!" It's a total holy Batman moment. The price was completely reasonable, and of course, I made sure to tip generously because Lexi absolutely deserved it. I walked out feeling refreshed, vibrant, and--dare I say--beautiful.
