I called to make an appointment for my x-rays and they stated if I could make it there within 40 minutes, I could be seen right away as the technician is on his last appointment and has time. I stopped my project I was doing and rushed over there with 10 minutes to spare before my appointment. The girl at the front desk notified the tech I had arrived but then was having problems with paperwork on her end and instead of letting me go back, while she finished the paperwork and have me sign it at the end of my appointment, she made me wait and told me the tech knew I was there. In the meantime, 3 walk-ins were there and the girl told me I would be seen before them as I had a scheduled appointment, but I was not and I sat there for 40 minutes before being seen. I complained to the technician as he took the 3 walk-ins prior to me and this upset me as I did everything right, yet felt the consequences of everyone elses' poor job and excuses. I have been trying to get a hold of the office manager but no one will even give me that person's name or voicemail. Curious as to what that is? Not recommending anyone ever believe them when they make you rush to get there. I felt I was there under false pretenses that were given to me by the staff. read more

The staff very nice, very professional.The wait time as long as you have an appointment is very prompt. I have a foot fracture and I wear a boot. The first two X-ray techs I had were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The third x ray tech I had called me back and put me in a small room to wait for the xray room to be ready; of which I had no problem. However, she asked me to take my boot off so I can walk to xray room. Of course, I told her I'm not allowed to do that.I can't even walk out of my boot at home and nobody here ever asked me to do that. She politely said okay. I think she should have known better; but I let it go. I'm sure she is a very nice lady but she seemed like everything she did was an effort. She didn't ask me if I needed any help or can I help you. No personality or concern. I'm sorry, but in this type of business you have to have some compassion and concern. read more

They give you good care to keep you safe from any problems you may be having . I was able to get an MRI done on the same day I took my order in because of complications . You usually need a appointment to get this done but they were kind enough to do mine the same day . I did a walk-in chest x-ray the next day and they were very quick and got me in so I can make my doctor's appointment on time . I highly recommend them for any of your Imaging needs you may have . Your doctor usually has the report the same day or within at least another day . Mine was sent to my doctor the same day that I got the test done . Excellent positive experience from the moment I walked in the door! The front office staff was welcoming and quickly took my information. The experienced technicians, Maria and Regina were awesome, very caring and professional. Made me feel comfortable, explained everything in detail. The Doctor even met with me after to explain his findings and put me at ease, which has never happened before where I previously lived. Highly recommend this practice. This place is amazing. While nobody wants to go to a medical facility for any kind of testing, it's never fun. The team at saint Augustine imaging is just amazing. They always makes you feel like you're the only patient when they are with you. They are always on time. I have never had to wait past my appointment. I would have given my experience a 5 except for my very long wait time. My appointment was for 2pm. I was asked to check in at 1:30. I wasn't taken in for the MRI until about 2:45 pm. Aside from that everything was great. The staff was apologetic about the wait and very caring. I have had many mammograms, bone scans and other procedures at this facility and this is the only time I have had this kind of a wait. I have always had caring technicians and will still feel this facility is the best. read more

I had a great experience from start to finish. I obtained the appointment quickly, was able to do the paperwork online ahead of time. Parking was convenient, check-in was simple and the radiologist who did my scan was polite, courteous and professional. I was shocked to receive my report the same day as the appointment. I only saw two people in my visit the man at the front desk was not friendly I had to greet him with Good morning. In my time waiting to be called to the back I notice a lady going outside he said have a good day but when I was leaving I was told nothing. I truly think everyone should be told to have a good day. Everyone was awesome starting with registration and finishing with the radiologist. I needed a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound which can be very uncomfortable, but Amy and Regina put me at ease. The doctor also gave me the results right away, which was great! I will definitely be returning there for any future imaging that I need. read more

I went to schedule an appointment and there was an opening in ten minute. They offered me the opportunity to get my mammogram in that time slot. I always get my imaging done here. The technicians are exceptional and so gentle! I had a mammogram and two different types of ultrasounds, and the patient care was wonderful. Staff were helpful and efficient. They took me on time and waiting for the disc probably took longer than the procedure. How nice.
