I explained that I have Blue Cross Blue Shield but that I have an HSA (Heath Savings Account). She quipped that she didn't know what that was and needed to figure out payment. Keep in mind that I have a thrown out back and can hardly move and she's just pestering me about my insurance carrier. I took the time to explain that with an HSA I have a Visa card that is linked to the account and would just be paying them with that, but that I'd need to process it through BCBS to apply towards my deductible. Furthermore, I explained that money isn't an object for this visit and I will be paying with my HSA visa card (which has more than enough money to cover any procedure done at a chiropractor's office). Her exact words in response were, "all I'm interested in is how you're paying". WHAT?! I run a business and manage just shy of 100 people. If any one of them ever said that to a potential customer, I'd fire them on the spot. Despite the fact that this is the closest office to me and I am in unbelievable pain, I will spend more money and drive farther to go to an office that wants my business, understands how insurance options work, and cares about me as a patient. The staff was probably the friendliest I've ever come across, the doctor very personable, and the office spotlessly clean. What has inspired me to even write this review, as I typically wouldn't do this, was Dr. Rogowski's bed side manner. I was not only leaving the visit feeling 120% better, but I felt informed and left the visit with a better understanding of myself and my back/neck isssues. It's rare that I have ever left a Dr. visit feeling that good....not only on a physical level, but as a whole. My mother recently started attending appointments with Lyceum Physical Medicine within the past…read moremonth and really liked her treatments there, so she brought me to her new patient meeting a week ago. I was offered a complimentary consultation which we scheduled for the next day. I was given a short video to watch about the practice and how it works before Dr. Faust came in to see me. We went over the reasons I was there (lower back pain as well as shoulder tension among other things). After a short exam to see my movement, or lack thereof, I met with Gina. She wrote me a script for an X-ray to see the full extent of my issues and we made an appointment for me to come back in a week to see the treatment plan they put together for me. Today I came in to find out the treatment plan they put together for me. Dr. Faust went over the treatment plan with me and gave me an alignment. Connor had me to some stretches that would ease tension on my spine and lower back. Gina did some small needles in my pressure points to lessen tension. Then Connor hooked me up to a tens unit to get the medicine deeper into the muscles. My consultation appointments took about one hour (first one) and 2 hours for today ( which included treatment). Even though I just started there, everyone is so friendly and really seemed to care about my health and making me 100%! I highly recommend them whether you have any health issues or just want to make sure your body is operating at 100%!

I learned this the hard way. I would give them zero stars if I could. Called and told them I wanted physical therapy for my sprained ankle, scheduled an appointment. When I came in, they told me the pain didn't come from rolling my ankle, but from a hip misalignment, and they wanted me to do x-rays. Since then, a LICENSED physical therapist diagnosed me with a tendon sprain caused by rolling my ankle. Thank God I didn't keep walking around on it, like they would have had me do. Maybe they're perfectly good chiropractors, but I take serious issue with being told that they offer physical therapy (which they said over the phone, told me in person, AND it says so on their website) when there is no physical therapist on staff. They are looking to make money off of you however they can, even by offering services they are not licensed to provide, and milking your insurance (and your co-pays!) as much as they can.

As an avid runner, I always have some sort of muscular imbalance, back or hip problem, or even foot issue. Every single time they have taken care of me and got me back to running. There have been times I've gone in limping and 2-3 visits later, I'm back to running my regular training. If you are a high school or college runner, weekend warrior or even just need to get your back or spine adjusted, I highly recommend them. After every single visit I've always felt better. Aside from them solving the problem and getting to the root issues, they are just nice guys and always willing help. After 15 minutes after my appointment time, I called the office one more time with no response and sent another message letting her know I would be leaving. Their website is super amaturish and has technical errors; and they don't list their hours ANYWHERE on their website. In addition, when you call their number, you get a voicemail that reads off a *DIFFERENT* number than the one you call, and is a generic greeting rather than a professionally recorded greeting establishing that you have correctly reached their business. None of this leaves me with the impression that they are a reliable, trustworthy establishment.
