I arrived on time for my appointment at 2:30 and was taken back to the treatment room promptly. After that, no one came in to update me or let me know that the dentist was running late. I sat there with no communication at all. I found this lack of courtesy to be unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. A simple update would have gone a long way. 6/25/26 had appointment at 11am for a tooth extraction i waited for over an hour not one person said anything to me about there being a wait ended up Waiting 1 hr and 20 mins the dentist almost bashed out my front teeth in 2 times I told them it was infected and I needed more pain medicine Motrin they refused to help me and told me "Thats not how this works Sir" very unprofessional very disrespectful and I now have to go to the ER thanks pain filled dentistry I should have had my hillbilly cousin rip it out for me, never again never go here praise God any place is better than this place I pray they don't hurt anyone else read more

Hygienist and Dentist have been good but this past experience is a annoying. Got reminder call with child crying in the background. No big deal. But today is my appointment and at 7 this morning I get a call telling me my insurance had changed and they wanted that information to.process before my appointment. I had this happen in the past and someone on the West Coast had used my insurance so I planned on filling forms at my appointment like all other normal medical practices require. My insurance covered this appointment and I'd arrive early. I canceled then called office when they opened. Got a recorded message asking my age. What??? Unpleasant experience. First appointment was cancelled without my knowledge because they sent a confirmation call to a wrong number. They asked for signatures acknowledging privacy consent without providing a copy to read. Then at the rescheduled appointment they claimed I had to have multiple appointments before I could have the scheduled procedure. It should not be that hard to have your teeth cleaned! read more

Well my appointment was at 1:00 and I didn't get back there until 18 minutes after but the lady that did my x-rays of my mouth was very pleasant the ladies up on the front counter was very pleasant I only had to wait and I don't like to wait but it was a busy day that day other than that I don't have any complaints read more

I have extreme dental anxiety due to a bad experience at another practice a number of years ago, unfortunately this office just made it so much worse. I have a tooth that has broken, and I finally have dental insurance to get it addressed. I am in a significant amount of pain (as anyone who has ever had a tooth infection knows what its like). I went to the office this morning, and was immediately not thrilled with the way the staff acted. They were not very friendly and not helpful at all. I walk with a cane, and twice I was left standing in a hallway with no idea where to go next because they literally walked away with no direction on where I was supposed to go (once to a room, and the other time to the x-ray machine). Being disabled is difficult, and when you are treated like that its very humiliating. They took a bunch of x-rays, and when the doctor finally came in he said he knew from the x-rays where I was hurting. I wanted the tooth pulled, but he convinced me to get a root canal scheduled. He said he was sending over antibiotics and pain medication to the pharmacy to address the problem, then it will be ready for the treatment. It is Friday afternoon, and the office is closed until Monday. No scripts were ever sent over. I have no idea what I am going to do, but I will not be going back there again. read more

This is the second time in a year I've walked out crying. I am BEYOND done giving this place a chance. Dentist: This is the third review of a clinic I've done tonight and I've given the others a three by default because I don't know who's right and who's wrong. (One said two cavities and one said zero.) But when you walk away and leave it to your hygienist to break the news to your patient that you think she has EIGHT CAVITIES, do you REALLY think that's good bedside manner? All he said was that he was writing me a prescription for toothpaste for my hypoplasia lesions...that no one has done anything about for about thirty years. (Maybe he thinks the yellowing of my teeth is dentin and not yellow-yellow, like I think?) No clue as to how he concluded I have eight cavities, because he didn't bother to explain and I didn't want to sit there and wait for him. (If I had that many, wouldn't my mouth hurt?!) One star. Hygienist: Didn't bother explaining anything. She was just like, "You have eight cavities. Let's get you scheduled to get them fixed." WHAT?! It was a completely different hygienist that explained that every dentist diagnoses differently and it could be "leakage" of my fillings. (Huh?) I told her that if it's basic repair work, you shouldn't call them cavities and she said, "but they are!" Nooo...only if there are cavities under the fillings. Which would be the only reason I'd need the root canal(s) you mention if they're left unrepaired. So a one for the both of them. Staff: could really use two people running the desk like the old days, so you wouldn't miss calls from people saying that they're there, or that they're done with their paperwork and need to be let in. Five stars for the receptionist who didn't do anything wrong (and gave me a treatment plan for wherever I land next) and one for the person doing hiring/staffing. Average that out and it's a three. Procedure: I wasn't cleaned today so I can't say anything about that. Pretty safe as far as virus procedures--handwashing and rinsing with Listerine before you're taken to the chair is fine. Something terrible has happened at the location in Charlotte. (I'm guessing the business has changed hands but retained prior patient records.) I was a regular customer for several years and received nothing but excellent treatment. However, my wife recently visited and had nothing but bad experiences. She required three separate visits. At each one, the staff failed to listen to her when she described her atypical response to numbing agents--and were then surprised when they needed to adjust their approach. Staff were nearly incompetent in how they handled equipment, unprofessional in how they talked about how "great" they were at their jobs (despite evidence to the contrary), dismissed the patient's concerns every step of the way, and seemed confused when questioned about charges that should not have appeared on her bill. Not only was her procedure FAR from "painless," the whole experience was painful. Thankfully, I do not need to visit the dentist's office frequently. But when the next occasion arises, I will definitely be looking for a new one. read more

I have been a patient here for several years, and now there is completely different staff and dentists. This office is completely unprofessional, incompetent and they literally bully people into getting treatment that is not necessary and or against the patients wishes. I had the worst experience with the staff here. People - do NOT let them convince you to get services that you don't feel you need... get a second opinion!!! Or better yet find another provider. What's happening at this office is not good for people/patients. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Michigan. since I wasn't able to give zero stars to post the review I had to give at least 1.... worst place ever! read more

I would love to give this place a 5star. The staff are wonderful. I believe Dr. Wagner is awesome. My Mother actually referred me to this location after I returned to Michigan. But unfortunately, we both saw Dr. Davis recently and if I could give a zero I would. I hate to call someone out like this, but go for a hygiene appointment. Wait for an appointment with Dr. Wagner, but buyer beware if you have to see Dr. Davis. The work he did left me in pain for the last month will I am waiting for my permanent crowns. I have had to have my temporaries fixed 4 times in less than 30 days while waiting. read more

I have been there twice 2 teeth pulled and one filling. The reason for 5 stars is bc everyone was very nice and the dentist waited until I was fully numb! Did a fast job and it was hard to numb me it took multiple shots and ended up having to numb the hole bone. But he worked with me not the other way around. I have other work done by two different dentist. This place is by far the best. Almost forgot also had a job injury with my two front teeth had to have a cap, looks like new. I would recommend them. read more
