We used the space for the first time for a group of 10 adults for a ceramics painting activity. The ceramics were to be glazed and baked after we left. We were directed to put our initials on the bottom of the piece, then as we checked out the initials were entered into the computer and attached to a list of our pieces. It seems as if the business is good at making sure the correct pieces stay with the person they're supposed to. At the beginning of the process an employee directed us on the process, which was relaxed and fun. After a description of the different kinds of paints, the time is open free time to paint as you'd like. The employees are available for questions if needed. For 10 adults the activity ended up being $288.77, so an average of just under $30 apiece. That price will be marginally different for all groups depending on the pieces they pick to passing. Definitely worth a fun, different activity and cute little space. I'd do it again.

I would highly recommend calling to make a reservation. They accept parties of any size, and they even seem to have a private party room if you want to reserve it for many people. They had an amazing choice of ceramics to paint, and their paint selection was organized and easy to use. I wish they had more tools to create fun designs on, but they had a decent selection. The employees were kind of helpful, and they were changing out our brush water periodically, which was wonderful. I definitely want to be back!

My first time I did a bowl that was quite large and I use it often. This time I painted a cup to go with the my bowl! We usually take about two hours to finish our projects. The staff we interacted with were really nice and helped with any questions we had. There are probably 30 to 40 different color options. There are plenty of different types of brushes, colors, and other supplies to keep you busy for the two hours there. The process is pretty simple you choose the blank pottery, give the tag to the person, then go and start painting. When you are done you just leave everything on the table and they clean up after you and take care of your finished projects. One week later and you can pick up your project. There are Studio fees which of course will pay for the paint and other supplies. Check their website because normally they have specials every day. For example we went on Monday and they had $20 for a family of 6.

We had an instructor demonstrate how to throw a bowl, cup, and vase while giving up insightful tips and crucial steps to remember. Once we were seated at a wheel, we all felt very comfortable getting started. And the instructors were always around to help if you needed an extra hand. Something to note: You don't leave with your piece. It takes about 2 weeks for them to fire and finish each one. They said we would be contacted once our pieces were ready to be picked up. Can't wait to see how hideous mine looks after it's all said and done. (Haha)
