No refunds is an okay policy if it's the customer cancelling, but if they cancel they should refund when they aren't able to provide the service you paid for.

That's why the classes are great because you can't clean and paint the same item in the same day, so it's fun to make it a weekly hobby. It's airy, spacious, elegant, but not stuffy. I was fortunate to catch their summer group show for its final week, and also found a new favorite artist. What was so wonderful about this place is the people. Ana, with whom I really enjoyed talking, is kind, genuinely nice, and knowledgeable. I ended up returning there the next day with husband (yes I loved the place that much), and got to talk to their staff framer and exchanged our experiences framing pastel paintings.
