We have been here twice now, and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. They welcome every guest that walks through the doors the same way, with a big smile, and everyone gets a rundown of how things work. They're also great with kids. They make each one feel really special and like it's all about them. You never feel rushed, even when it's close to closing time. They have a huge selection of pieces to choose from, and several items painted around the store that you can use for inspiration. It's only $7 to paint on top of the item you pick, and the items are very reasonably priced. If you're not artistic (like myself), they have plenty of "specialty" paints and they're only $1/ea. We picked up our first project a few days ago and they look amazing. I can't wait to pick up the second lot and then go back and paint more. The only reason for 4 stars is the expense. 1 adult painter, 3 kids almost $100. The wonderful memories & glazed items will last though The young lady was helpful but not pushy. Atmosphere still very relaxing & so many painting items to select from. I enjoy the Christian music playing softly in background, not intrusive. So many options to choose from, with a wide range of prices. Lots of colors, even specialty colors to choose from. Every kind of brush you could possibly need. Super friendly staff and a really nice relaxing environment! Bring a small snack or drink though, depending on what you choose it could take a couple hours. read more

I've already reviewed this place but I needed to do it again. I went in to pick up my pottery today, Saturday around 10:40 am. I took my two kids, toddlers, and it was already a rough morning with my oldest. I went inside to pick up and I was waiting but my daughter started freaking out wanting two suckers because this is the day after Halloween so they had a bowl there and there were exactly two, and I said she could have only one because she just had so much candy already, and so she threw a fit. Any way, I couldn't wait any more because I just was too overwhelmed. I walked outside to the car and the lady stopped me and said were you here to pick up? And I was thinking wow, she's so kind to have noticed!! She was like I understand, get your kiddos in the car and I'll come bring it to you! And she did! I started crying, and she hugged me and she just made my day better. If you're looking for a place where they are kind and go above and beyond, this place is for you. She didn't have to notice, follow me, or care. But she did, and it just meant the world to me. read more

This place is awesome! I've lived down the street for almost a year and always drove past it not thinking anything of it. I had read a few reviews mentioning how it's mainly centered for children so I didn't ever see a need to go. Boy am i happy i went. They have so many cute ceramics to paint and it's very affordable. The staff are all very tentative and helpful making sure you understand what to do. It was super therapeutic and a fun way to end the day. I took my daughter and a few of her friends here for her birthday and we all had a great time. There is a good selection of items to paint and in all different price ranges. They had a wide range of colors to choose from and were nice to answer questions and show us supplies. I want to go back and do more, especially once I saw how cute they all were when I picked them up a couple weeks later. read more

I didn't know this place was aimed towards kids until my sister and I got there but it makes total sense haha. It was still very fun and relaxing getting to pick out a piece of pottery to paint and just talk with each other. It takes about 1-2 weeks until pickup but I can't wait to see what it looks like! read more

We had a great time there! It was a lot of fun. The owners are very nice and they have a great selection of things to paint. I thought it was a little expensive. You're likely to pay at least $35 for two people to paint for two hours. That would have been fine except they were playing religious music the entire time. It was very distracting and made truly relaxing there to be difficult. That's perfectly fine if they only want people of their religion to paint there. It is something that will keep us from coming back. read more

This is a really cute place to bring a friend, kiddo it even a small group. I'm pretty sure it's family run and Christian oriented... At least that's what I gather from the overhead music. I first came in on a girls night. It was really relaxing and fun. I brought my family back to paint Christmas ornaments. I love all the kid friendly events. This is a very family friendly business. They host monthly events where the children paint an item after a story time! My friend and I selected matching little trees to paint recently and had a really nice time. We got to visit uninterrupted and then take away a piece that will be in our holiday decorating collection for years to come. I am not artistic by anyone's estimation but I think the supplies and direction the staff provided helped me to or prepare a nice little piece that I can be proud of. Yea baby getting our paint and glaze on as our Annabelle picked out a bird to paint, zachariah selected a pineapple that was hollow to hold a candle at the bottom to heat a scented wax chamber on top. My wife did a beautiful butter dish. My daughter and I worked on the bird together and the employees were pretty helpful and their different colors of paints and different types of glaze were substantial. My son the extremely artistic one ended up painting this pineapple scented wax warmer to literally look exactly like s real pineapple all the way to painting all those brown spikes all over it. Amazing and it came out really nice and it's currently being Luanne's to the louvre in Paris for a limited engagement. My wife's butter dish turned out quite buttery with polka dots on the inside and beautiful "haunting" colors all over. This business had ample parking, was as clean as you'd expect from a crafty store, prices were reasonable, and thankfully the restrooms were spotless. It was also fun watching mothers sit down and paint their creations. We left the items behind to be fired for a week and when we picked them up our children were all in awe because they turned out absolutely beautiful. I'd go back and if you'd like a date night or time with your kids, minor or grownup, you've got to at least do this once, or 50 ish times like we have. My next project is a really nice nativity group for Christmas, in a pearl white Finish with the Baby Jesus. read more

We have gone here since i was a little kid and we loved Misty (the old owner). The new owners are okay but the woman is not friendly nor helpful whatsoever. For being a christian establishment she didn't show those qualities. When i took my son in she was very gruff and unfriendly. Maybe she just doesn't like children? Either way this is sad for me to say since i've been a huge supporter of this business but i will not be returning. read more

This place is horrible for a kids party. They give very very little instruction. There is no time to complete the painting. They say they can accommodate as many as you can bring....but that's wrong. The party room can maybe hold 15 painters comfortably. The woman leading the event even disappeared for awhile. It is very expensive for what they actually provide. I would suggest buying some canvases (around 2$ each) and done paints (around 20$) and let the kids go to town.....because basically that is what you get here. I took my two kids (ages 1 & 3) on a rainy Thursday. They had a great time! The lady working was very sweet, helpful and patient, and the place was clean, quiet, and calm - very surprising for a kids place. We've been to a similar place in Norman, but the pottery pieces were much more affordable here. We LOVE the Paint 'N Station! We take the girls (now 2 & 5) regularly. They get to paint small things for themselves and we get to make gifts for holidays, etc using hands and feet. Misty, the owner is wonderful with everyone! I've never seen anyone better with kids! She also has so many great and fun ideas of how to paint things.
