Someone called us the very next day and sent Eric over. Eric was very quick with his assessment and turned around a quote for us quickly. Now we were in a hurry, so they accommodated our request and started within a week. They also completed the project as promised on time in spite of some scope creeps from our side. Thet even helped us pick colors (through a paint consultant). The crew was very efficient and friendly.they covered all our stuff with plastic sheets. They were also patient and answered all our questions. Especially, Alex was very patient and kept us informed of the progress everyday and let us know what to expect. We changed a part of our plan with 1 day to go. Alex and his team accommodated our change after some scope discussions and he still delivered within the time frame. Eric stopped by everyday to inspect progress. Ricardo (their boss) also stopped by twice- once a few days after the project was over to inspect and get our feedback. I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they…read morehad good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

I chose them over Power painting to return to do my bathroom, only because of the great job that they did on my bedroom. Because the price for the bathroom was only about a $30 difference. They did a poor job on my bathroom. My bathroom was to be painted two blue walls and two grey. The blue was not the blue that I picked. I thought that I would wait until it dried but it was the wrong blue. One of the walls that was painted grey I could see the previously painted yellow through the grey also over the tub where the walls meet I could still see yellow in the crease. I put my shower curtain up the next day with a retention rod and paint came off the wall. I called Jim to complain, he and another lady came out a few days later. I showed them with sample in hand that the blue was not the same that I ordered. At that time he asked me to wait a couple of days before I put the shower curtain back. They sent someone to paint the grey wall that you could see the yellow through and now it's a darker grey than the other wall. He also took care of the spot that the rod scraped. The wall over the tub that combines was never taken care of you can still see the yellow and the wrong color blue still exists. I wasn't going to write a review until today, I changed my shower rod and the paint came off again after waiting two days for it to dry and a year later. I think my bathroom should have been primed.

They worked over the weekend and late hours during the week to make sure it was done. Communication was slow. It took us at least 3 weeks to get everything planned, but overall they were very pleasant and nice to work with. The paint looks great!
