Other reviews also complain about the pushing up of cost. After I signed the contract I was told I needed to buy all my fixtures that was approximately $3000. I understood the need to buy my own fixtures because one fixture might be $2000 that somebody picks and another might be $100 so I paid that. By the end of the job they wanted $6000 more than the contracted price. I refuse to pay anything else over our contracted price. Lou Clay and John are the nightmares you hear as homeowners about remodels. Don't use them you will regret it..

The mistake and regret is that we paid Andres before he completed the work. He did a horrendous job and broke the tiles against the walls of the shower which we did Not need to be replaced. He left and said his work was done, which it was NOT. He did NOT finish grouting the tiles. I called him and spoke to him and he stated the work was complete. It was NOT a complete job. He then proceeded to yell and scream vulgarity at my husband and I. He continued to belittle and threaten us over the phone. He then said he would put a Lien on our home. Please do yourself a Humongous favor and STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this guy (Andres). He is unprofessional and does NOT know what he's doing. He's extremely dangerous! We hired American Knight Roof and Exterior Cleaning for a soft cleaning on our tile roof. The website says they cover and protect your landscape and they had decent reviews so we hired him. Every one of our plants were in beautiful condition, green, healthy and blooming including two beautiful hibiscus trees with flowers and many buds. The only plants this company covered consisted of a small strip of a few plants. No protection on anything else. The damage to some of our plants was shocking, especially two once beautiful green and lush hibiscus trees and numerous other healthy flowering plants. Our hibiscus trees are now half bare from yellow leaves that have since fallen off including hundreds of flower buds. Nice healthy and green pentas loaded with blooms destroyed. Fortunately our cameras picked up everything and I took pictures of the aftermath so there's no denying the damage. My husband and I have hours of work cleaning, trimming, replanting along with the price of replacing. We sent the company 2 texts and did not hear one word back. We were completely ignored and no courtesy or decency was shown to us to in the form of a call or a return visit to address the issue. We paid by check and they quickly cashed it the next day, so this is a lesson learned to always use a credit card so you have leverage. We just wanted you all to be aware and alerted to this business and what happened to us. Hire at your own risk and don't always trust the reviews or the websites.
