If you need to borrow gloves and have no idea (like me) how to rap them get to class about 15 minutes early and someone will help you! The workout starts with about 15 min of intense 'warm ups' with exercises like lunges, sprints and jump rope. The bulk of the class you'll be hitting that bag with instruction. Sometimes it's hard to hear the instructor so try to get a bag close to him/her. Finale 10 minutes are ab intensive. You'll leave needing a shower!

ALL of the trainers are really nice and would correct me if I was doing something wrong (which was a lot of the time). It was especially nice because all the trainers do their classes slightly differently with different types of workouts, which keeps things from getting too boring or stagnant. Only cons are the wet gloves if you use theirs (from other peoples' sweat?! Hoping its from sterilizing spray) and it seemed like they kept it really warm in there..... Needless to say, it's a good workout. I always left dripping with sweat. Mission accomplished.
