When I want a landscaper, I want someone to come take care of my lawn, make sure my irrigation system is working and plant a couple of shrubs. I don't want to hear about your personal life. This "business" needs to be reclassified as a personal blog. I get plenty of entertainment from my own life.

Within a month everything failed and when I reached out I received no response. A good friend recommended Thompsons Enterprises. They came out and had everything fixed in two hours, even a leak in our system that they had to dig up the entire box for. Pricing is a bit more than some others, but as I have learned, more often than not, it is well worth it. The other guys were cheaper, but they took 5 times as long, and it all broke, so it was a complete waste of money. With Thompsons Enterprises I got quality work and a company that will back their work.

We contracted with them for lawn service including mowing, and weed control. My husband became more disabled then he already was and our income declined and we could no longer afford their service because it is pretty expensive. I called and explained this to Josh and he said that that we had to pay for half of the services for the remaining of the season. I asked how long that was and he said the end of October and that I would owe him $580.00. Not only that but for every month the balance isn't paid you get charged a $25.00 fee even before the end of Oct. when supposedly the season ends. He said it says this in the contract where you choose the services you want at the beginning of the season. IT MUST BE IN VERY FINE PRINT!!! NOT AT ALL UNDERSTANDING. He probably picked up another client to replace us and then in addition wants to charge us $580.00. That puts him way ahead of the game.

In July I went in to see if I could get a price or a bid for landscaping the whole front of my house. Mind you I was told that they'd get back to me to set up a time to come and take a look. A week and a Half later I went back in, and there was literally no one there, Not in the office not in the yard nowhere I sat there for a good 15-20 minutes and no one showed up. So I called while sitting in their parking lot, I was told by the same person as before that she remembered me coming in, and that she'd make sure that someone got back to me that same day or that she herself would be calling me back to set up a time. It's December and I'm still waiting on that phone call. Like i said if their work is as good as their customer service, you should totally look elsewhere!
