Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Waste of Time Avoid dealing with these individuals if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. There are plenty of alternatives out there. I recently purchased a home that included irrigation water shares. The irrigation system runs underground from behind my property into an HOA-managed neighborhood where the ditch water is located and overseen by Casey. From the very first call, red flags appeared. Casey's wife revealed that the previous owner had not been paying for water shares and had been shut off--information that had nothing to do with me but clearly colored their approach. What followed was a month-long runaround filled with excuses from Casey about why the irrigation wasn't working. Tired of the delays and shifting explanations, I hired my own independent contractors to investigate. They scoped, snaked, lowered, and jetted the line--systematically ruling out each excuse Casey had provided. Ultimately, the jetting uncovered a separate control box with our dedicated water valve, which had simply been turned off. This was something Casey, who claims to have managed the system for 15 years, had completely "forgotten" about. Despite having contributed nothing to the resolution, Casey later sent a surprise invoice for $450--charging $65 an hour for him and a buddy. There was no discussion, no agreement, and I never requested their services and this was an issue they clearly caused. My home has water rights. Those are mine by law; it is not up to the discretion of the HOA or Casey to manage and control my water flow. The work in question occurred on HOA-managed land, and Casey is already on salary with the HOA. In my opinion, this smells like double-dipping. When I asked him to revise the invoice to be more reasonable since even with my suspicions of foul play I would still pay a fair price for his time; he immediately became hostile, unwilling to compromise, and threatening. Ridiculous greed and behave from an already sketchy situation and I will not support or reward that. The real resolution only came through the $1,500 I personally spent hiring qualified professionals who got to the bottom of the issue. Had Casey simply turned on the valve from the start--as he should have--the entire ordeal could have been avoided. Poor Communication, Evasive Behavior, and Zero Accountability I was also involved in the irrigation issue that Holden described, and I can confirm that his account is entirely accurate. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and filled with evasion from those responsible. To help troubleshoot the problem, I brought my high-pressure air blaster to rule out one of the many excuses Casey had offered as the supposed cause. While on site, we discovered electrical cables emerging from the ground by the pump on Holden property that ran to the HOA pump house--yet Casey had no idea why they were there. These cables had clearly been installed to control water flow remotely, likely to prevent the previous homeowner's access to the original control point. We ended up cutting the cables to eliminate any interference from the HOA or Casey. Throughout this process, Casey remained vague and unhelpful. It felt like a fishing expedition, with us doing all the work while he shrugged off any findings or suggestions we proposed. Despite claiming to have deep knowledge of the irrigation system, he offered no clear answers and took no ownership of the issue. Adding to the frustration, the HOA offered zero support. The HOA president--unfortunately I can't recall his name--was completely dismissive when we tried to speak with him on the phone. When we visited in person to discuss a resolution, he refused to leave his office to even have a conversation. This situation exposed not only a lack of competence but a concerning lack of accountability from both Casey and the HOA. I have been using casey since 2008 and cant say anything but good things about them. Wish they would get a business acct on google to access them easier. read more

Casey and his wife seem to be unhappy people with a negative tone. Why work with anyone with a bad attitude. Avoid them.
