Extremely disorganized business with a shockingly unprofessional owner. We registered and paid in…read moreadvance, but when we arrived, they had completely botched our enrollment due to their own administrative errors. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, the owner became incredibly defensive, hostile, and rude. They do not take accountability for their mistakes and lack basic customer service skills. I have heard that the place has gone downhill since the change in ownership and now I completely understand why. Very unfortunate for our small community.

An instructor led us from beginning to end making a bowl. They were very thorough, patient, and welcoming. We sat down on the wheel forming our clay within minutes, I'd say we had our fully formed bowls within 30-45 minutes. They pulled them for us and began drying them for us to glaze at the tables with the turntables. The place was pretty empty so they let us take our time with glaze. Overall a great experience! From there make your way to their large display of paint brushes, pencils, sponges and different textures for your pottery with a nice array of beautiful colors of paint to choose from. We created our plate on Tuesday and it was ready for pick up on Sunday. They charge based on the pottery item itself and not by the hour. Meaning, you can spend all day perfecting your masterpiece if you'd like. It's also BYO food, drinks, etc. or they have a small selection of snacks and drinks if you prefer. The staff are incredibly helpful by explaining the process step by step and are willing to provide a helping hand and even suggestions if needed.
