It was a month later so I called him this past Thursday morning. He couldn't recall who I was, and told me he would pull the estimate and get back with me, but that he was definitely interested in the job. It is now four days later with no word from Norman. I thought the estimate was way high personally from past experience of hiring painters. I am curious to compare it to the quote we get next! We made the decision today, we will not be hiring this company because there has been zero communication, and way too long since the estimate!
