Some nice, colorful, low growing plants were installed plus a large single trunk crape myrtle was added on the corner of the house. Sienna Turf is the worst landscaping company we've ever had. They were hired to do our entire…read moreneighborhood, including individual lawns and the common area. Over the summer they simply stopped coming for several months without any notification or explanation, yet everyone continued to receive bills. Those on auto-pay continued to be charged, and when we approached the company, some families were given refunds but not all. We were eventually told that they stopped service due to a personal situation that was very disturbing to many members of the community. We had hired them to do additional work on our house, which they took nearly a year to complete. The work was sloppy and not done to satisfaction, yet when we complained about it the response was threatening and litigious. We paid them only because we wanted to get them out of our neighborhood, as other people were reporting fear about having them physically present around children. Even writing this I am afraid of retaliation, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did. Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about hiring them. They are irresponsible, do terrible work, and don't care one bit about customer service.
