He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his measurements and surveying of the slopes, areas we'd have to work around. The quote was itemized so we understood fully what the all in price was going towards, we had several quotes and this wasn't always the case. They even offered up design options for us which helped us visualize the end results before they started working. Caesar was very easy to communicate with, prompt in his replies and stayed present throughout the duration of the project to check on the work and our feedback. The team that worked in our backyard project was phenomenal. So hard working and so efficient. Everything was done with great attention to detail and if something popped up that required a shift in the plan, they brought solutions to us right away which we found helpful. They designed a plan for our backyard after listening to our concerns- drainage, patio needs, retaining wall, etc. and he designed a good plan for us. We had multiple meetings with Caesar (owner) to make sure we were all aligned on the project. Our project included a new paver patio, a redone multiple tier retaining wall, new sod, and plenty of new plants and hardscaping along with solutions for water flow across the yard. We also had some additional (previously unplanned) work on the front yard. They started when they said they would start and completed the job within the time frame estimated. This is unique in this world. We have had 3 significant (kitchen remodel, new porch/deck) projects done in the last 3 years and this is the only one that stayed within the time frame estimated. Caesar was also flexible with the add on work that we threw on him. I cannot imagine a better team that worked on this project for us. I have never dealt with such rude and disrespectful lawn people (actually one man on…read more Fine Cut Lawn Service, in particular). They use my water without my notice or permission and when I inquire as to why they are using it, I get a one word answer. Notifying me that it would be used should have been the responsibility of my HOA, but when I asked why they were using it, I got, "spray"! I then asked why they didn't travel with water, which I have seen on other lawn maintenance vehicles, I was dismissed. I pay for my water. It's not that they're using it, it's that they're using it for nine months of the cutting season! I was offered today by the exceptionally rude lawn man, a .25 quarter for my water they are using. This same man last summer when I went outside to ask them to 'skip' my lawn this go around because frankly cutting it down to the nub with 12 hours of intense sun on it daily-was killing it. There wasn't anything to cut. All he could yell was 'he had to cut everybody's' yard. I said, 'it's dead' there's nothing to cut! I went inside my house and shut the door but kept on yelling at me. Once I was inside my house, to continue yelling at me was intrusive and disrespectful. In my opinion, that is harassment. I have never in my life of living with home owner's associations (5) been so disrespected by a lawn service employee! I think this man has forgotten that he is the service PROVIDER and I am the customer.

We also had about 9 knockout rose bushes removed in the process, as they had become to hard for us to maintain, plus the yard is on a bad slope. The process went smoothly and quickly. Some nice, colorful, low growing plants were installed plus a large single trunk crape myrtle was added on the corner of the house. The plants he selected have given us some beautiful color variation and some beautiful texture. I HIGHLY recommend Weisert Landscaping Services. My hubby and I are extremely happy with the outcome!
