Our heating went out a few months ago and they sent someone out, turned out we needed a new control…read moreboard. Once he had the part and replaced it, we were charged somewhere in the range of $700 between the diagnosis, the part, and the labor. Last week when it started to warm up, our AC wasn't working. We had a family friend who knew a little about AC units come out to see what was wrong and he thought maybe there was some kind of wiring issue from when they installed the new control board. We called Loescher and they said it's not a wiring issue and the parts aren't connected. When we had someone out earlier today, they said it was indeed a wiring issue, that Loescher had crossed a bunch of wires and even forgot to reconnect a couple. He informed us that this isn't the first time this company has done this and to avoid them in the future. Please, if you're looking to have this kind of work done, don't call Loescher.
