Ori and his team are exceptional professionals. They take on challenging projects and complete them with impeccable class. We hired them for a very complicated room renovation project which included popcorn removal, molding installation and spackling of new and old sheetrock that was completely uneven. There were about 50 long seams in the sheetrock all throughout the room and ceiling that needed to patched and evened out. This was a messy job and had to be done over brand new hardwood floors. The team covered the floors and worked so quietly I hardly noticed them in the house. Normally I check in on the job and point things out to contractors. With Ori's team, I found they were always ahead of me, attending to aspects that most concerned me, working with the right materials, and taking care of delicate areas of the room. I am very picky and tend to call contractors back for corrections, and have a lot of experience with renovations, yet Ori's work left me completely speechless. Upon finding his business, Ori (the company owner) was quick to come out and give us a quote. Compared to other vendors, we found his rates to be fair. He was also able to work with us on a reasonable schedule for the work to be completed. Ori's team of painters represented his company well. They painted our living room (including cathedral ceilings w/ skylights and trim along the floor), dinning room (ceiling and floor trim), a guest bathroom and the ceiling in our kitchen. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work. It feels like we have "new rooms". Ori stands by his company's work but there was no need as his painters made sure we were satisfied with the end results before he could even chime in. And yes, he even stopped by to check out the work, in the end, to make sure we were happy. We were also very impressed with the respect his painters showed for our furniture as well as the clean up job that they did in the end. Best of all, no spilled paint anywhere. Ori Avisar and his amazing team did a great job on our house. The house is a fairly large older structure with wooden siding and hadn't been painted for a couple of decades. Ori gave us a firm estimate for scraping and repainting the whole house, siding, and trim, and also told us that he would make sure to tell us when they found any siding that needed replacing and do that additional work for time and materials. When they identified a problem, they told us and got permission to do the additional work. There were no hidden costs at the end of the project! Ori and his team started when he said they would and finished quickly, given the size of the task. Throughout, from picking the colors, to doing additional work--we decided the doors and some stairs also need repainting-- to just keeping us informed about the timetable, Ori was helpful, friendly and professional. The team cleared up all the mess created by removing the old paint and replacing some of the siding, so there was no sign of their presence except a beautiful painted house! Ori and his team were very professional, courteous and respectful in showing up with face coverings while interacting with me personally to provide estimates and complete the job. Had Ori's painters paint dental and accent molding on front of house at the roof peak that I couldn't reach myself. Also had them inspect and clean out eaves troughs and downspouts that were blocked with leaves and .... a tennis ball! Painting was perfect including the caulking of a seam in the molding that I forgot but they didn't because of the professional work they do. The finished job looks great and no more over-flowing roof drains. I will acknowledge that there were some delays in scheduling the work, first due to rain which postponed starting then due to conflicts with another customer's job. However, I wasn't concerned as I'm working from home due to Covid, was available whenever Ori's workers could make it. I had kitchen cabinets that were popular in the 80's that needed a modern look "desperately", together with the railings in the staircase also in yellow color. One contractor told me she only paints the cabinet, not the railings. So I put this project off for years... Learned about Ori's Painting and Trim from a friend. I'm so happy when Ori told me that they will take care of both the cabinets and the railings. They gave me ample samples and time to decide the color for the cabinets as there are many shades of white, and colors for the railing to match my dark chestnut floor. The guys were so detailed with their work, and kept the house clean after each day. In the end, my kitchen and stairways were transformed completely! Paintings and Trim completed a variety of jobs over a span of 5 months - all done professionally and with care. At my mom they built and rebuilt sheetrock over water pipes in several rooms, spackled and painted. In the process they had to match and blend in with existing 20 year old paint. The final product was so seamless, it looked like it was done when the house was built. At my house, they repaired and replaced water damaged ceilings inside and cedar shakes, rotted boards and doorframes outside. Then they painted or stained the ceilings, outside walls, doors and trim. Some of the work required operating at considerable heights and tricky angles (dormer windows) and a high degree of precision (some trim). Again the word "professionalism" comes to mind. We are thrilled with the job Ori and his crew did restoring our home to its former glory! It needed extensive repairs and we were concerned that we would need a contractor. Sammy did an amazing job, going above and beyond our expectations. Willie and his painting crew took their time to do a quality job, pressure washing, scraping, sanding and caulking prior to priming and painting. They patiently gave advice when I was indecisive as to color placement ( I used 3 colors). Even on those 90 degree humid days they worked hard and were pleasant and well mannered. I heard no foul language, music was at a reasonable level and not objectionable. The guys all v CB leaned up the work space daily. I never thought our house would look this good! Ori Avisar and his team did a complete exterior paint job on my house this fall (2020), a two story clapboard house with separate garage. The work was done in a careful professional way, with meticulous surface preparation. Some carpentry was required as well, and that was done by a clearly skilled expert, especially improving the look of the garage. The result is the best the house has looked in 30 years. Once the work started, the members of the team required for different stages were scheduled in an organized way, so there were few idle days apart from rain.
