I feel all potential customers should know when contacting him that maybe what you're wanting won't be available - even if there's no initial indication to that possibility.

We never received any follow-up, and none of our calls or emails were returned. It's extremely unprofessional to leave potential customers hanging like that. A simple response saying you can't accommodate the event would have been the bare minimum of courtesy. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I would not recommend Crazy Tuna Party Rentals. Don't waste your time!!
