I hired her to be my 'day of event coordinator' for my wedding, because I was required to have one for my venue. We were trying to keep costs down, so I would have never sought out a 'wedding planner' on my own, but I am SO GLAD I did! We could have never pulled off the wedding we did, with the budget we had without Ali! She is so thrifty and creative! My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say, and HIGHLY recommended her!

I can't thank SLO Benefit enough for how much they helped me with a fundraiser I was running. They…read moretook it upon themselves to throw a celebration party in support of a fundraiser I was doing. I do not have the party coordinating skills as some have but they certainly do. I gave them full reign to do as they pleased but they always passed their ideas through me anyways. All of their ideas were awesome and creative. There were times when I tried to lend a hand, and sometimes my own effots fell through, and they just rolled with it and found a different way to accomplish what they wanted. The party went great and tons of people came. They had everything covered with back up plans as well in case something unforseen happened. I had told them to try and talk up their company at the event but when I got there, they hadn't put up a single thing about SLO Benefit. When I asked them why, they told me that they were trying to keep focus on the fundraiser and the cause. That really says a lot of them I think. Very selfless. Anyways, I wish this yelp could do as much for them as they did for the cause I worked for but that will be pretty hard. Thank you SLO Benefit, I hope you guys prosper well in 2013 and beyond. - Shaun Sullivan Creator of "A Run for Porridge"

They let me know I needed more water (it was a hot day) and coordinated with a relative to go get some.
