Lauren was so patient and accommodating. She really saved us in the final week leading up to our wedding! Butlerz is for sure the way to go!

I worked with Butlerz Rents for my wedding in Paso Robles and cannot say enough incredible words about my experience working with them! I had multiple phone calls with Lauren prior to booking and she was so knowledgeable in helping pick out all of the items necessary for our special day! She supported with item selection, booking, payment, and continued to communicate clearly every step of the way until the event! I went into their physical space in Grover Beach and was able to mock-up table settings and see examples of what the items would look like in real life before finalizing the ordering to ensure accurate amounts were purchased. I would work with Butlerz a million times over and recommend their services for any of your rental needs! read more

We worked with Butlerz to provide event rentals for a series of dinners that we produced at Edible Magazine over these past couple of months. Working with them was a dream for every.single.event! Their organization and professionalism made all the planning and execution so easy and seamless (huge thanks to Lauren). The venues that we held these dinners in were stunning but not easy - we had to bring in a lot to make these dinners functional at these unique locations. That did not deter the Butlerz team and they made each one work with no problems at all because of their onsite load staff. The events were BEAUTIFUL because of the Butlerz dishware and furniture. I would absolutely recommend Butlerz to anyone who asks. read more

I use Butlerz Rentals anytume that I need any sort of party and event rental all of the time. I have shopped around and they have the best prices, hands down, you can add delivery into the mix and the prices still come out less than the competitors. Lauren is always wonderful to work with and always has that "YES" attitude. I have called last minute or reserved weeks ahead and she always comes through for me. Top notch inventory with the best prices around makes for a happy client. I highly recommend giving Butlerz Rentals a try. You will be glad you did! read more

We rented chairs and a few other items through Butlerz and we didn't have any major problems. However, they didn't have enough of the chair style we wanted and they offered the option for us to sub-rent (they sourced the same chairs from another company that had the rest needed available). They were the same style, but the color of the wood was pretty different. We ended up just mixing them in together to make things look more cohesive, but this is something I'd hope they disclose to future clients. read more

I have used many different party planning/event rental businesses over the past 20 years but this was the first one I have used that inspired me to leave a fantastic review. I am the mother of the bride. The venue was our property which has extensive slopes and stairs and levels of rugged terrain. Butlerz crew not only took 228 chairs, 9 tables, several heaters and numerous other items down a steep awkward, path of stairs and rock but made the stress of it all nonexistent. There are so many things to stress about the day before the wedding and these guys were positive and calm and super engaging to take my spinning mind off the hamster wheel for a few moments. I was really blown away at the way they handled everything and interacted with all of us. To top it off, I got quotes from three other companies for the items listed above and Butlerz was more than $400.00 cheaper than the next cheapest one. I won't even bother getting a quote anywhere else! And bonus- if you book Butlerz And Epic entertainment together you get a discount. It's a no brainer people! I just can't tell you how they eased my mind and soul with their demeanor. read more
