We rented chairs and a few other items through Butlerz and we didn't have any major problems. However, they didn't have enough of the chair style we wanted and they offered the option for us to sub-rent (they sourced the same chairs from another company that had the rest needed available). They were the same style, but the color of the wood was pretty different. We ended up just mixing them in together to make things look more cohesive, but this is something I'd hope they disclose to future clients. read more

I have used many different party planning/event rental businesses over the past 20 years but this was the first one I have used that inspired me to leave a fantastic review. I am the mother of the bride. The venue was our property which has extensive slopes and stairs and levels of rugged terrain. Butlerz crew not only took 228 chairs, 9 tables, several heaters and numerous other items down a steep awkward, path of stairs and rock but made the stress of it all nonexistent. There are so many things to stress about the day before the wedding and these guys were positive and calm and super engaging to take my spinning mind off the hamster wheel for a few moments. I was really blown away at the way they handled everything and interacted with all of us.
