I have never seen a tire shop over priced on anything before , had a nail in my tire and this guy was telling me I need to change the tire out cos of a nail and he says you drive a Benz so that shouldn't be a problem . I was like this tires aren't even 6months old, can I just get it patched and how much it was. Wanted to charge me $40 to patch a leaking tire and if you read the reviews it's the same complaints. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR!! I came there for a simple job to install tpms sensors. They did that right and it got rid of the tpms light however not even one day later my steering wheel was wobbiling and driving HORRIBLY! So obviously the shop who worked on my car is who im going to put my attention on! NOPE according to these thieves it was like that already they say they don't work on tires that are used... okay so why even accept the service if you knew my tires are not new !! These people cant man up and accept that they suck at working on cars! Then i had this lady say that the guy told me I needed new tires however when i confronted this CONARTIST he even said it himself he never said that... so this PLACE IS ALOT OF HE SAID SHE SAID DRAMA! pros -affordable -will put on tires purchased elsewhere -fast service -very clean and cute for tire shop -accept credit cards cons -they may close early [they will tell you to swing by the next day. I was mad when that happened to me they really refused to put my tires on and I had tire leak luckily I live close ] I came here 2 months ago needed them to put on my tires bought from other vendors. That's why i chose them. I Bought tires from Walmart and they charged me $20 to install Them. They really should get a 4 star for telling me to come back and refusing to put my tires on during closing but im pleased to have them in the hood I guess they was really tired and had good buisness that day. Brought my car to get my cambers replaced and an alignment. I already knew my left lower control arm needed to be replaced and my car would *slightly* lean to the right when I drove. The guy told me to pick my car up in 40min to an hour. I came back an hour and 15 min later and he told me they needed at least another 30min to do the alignment. Came back for my car then and when I was about to leave one of the mechanics told me it was unsafe to drive my car and it was very urgent for me to bring it back so they could replace both my lower control arms. I was a bit confused because I knew my car would slightly go to the right but I didn't think it was that bad for him to be that alarmed (I had drove it all week on the freeway to get to work; 25min there and 40min back home). When I started driving back to my moms house which is literally the neighborhood behind their shop. My car began randomly yanking to the left and right as I was driving straight. It startled me because it had never done that before and I felt unsafe driving it just those 5 minutes. I went back to speak to the guy I assumed was in charge and explained what was going on, as I was speaking he turned around and just called the mechanic over to speak to me, did not acknowledge me just basically handed me over to the mechanic. The mechanic was unable to give me an explanation as to why my car was fine when I brought it but a complete danger when I picked it up and just kept repeating to me I needed to replace both my lower control arms. It's sad because I trusted them with my car and now I have to pay double for someone to fix whatever damage they caused which I'm not even sure if it was on purpose. I rarely leave bad reviews for place I go to but if you're thinking about bringing your car here I highly suggest you go somewhere else or make sure you have proof the condition in which you drop your car off to them. This place was great until they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They aligned my car then told me I would have to get a few things replaced then it would be "perfect". Absolutely the BEST shop in Houston. Very affordable for the work done. All the mechanics here know how to fix literally, anything on ANY car! I rarely go to shops because of trust issues but I trust these guys 110%! They also sell used tires that are still brand new almost! If these guys can't do it, no one else can and that's the truth. Customer service is on point too. I brought my car in to replace strut mounts and the parts I bought from Advanced Auto parts were the wrong ones, they ordered me the right ones and helped me out big time! Worst service ever...I called and spoke to someone and told them the car I had and told them I need a alignment. They guy over the phone said it will be $50. As soon as I pull up about 20 minutes later. One of the mechanics instantly said it would be more than $50 even though I never spoke to him. He told me that my vehicles rims were aftermarket, but I explained to him. These are the wheels they came with my car directly from the dealership a OEM rims. After arguing with the mechanic for about five minutes, I've decided to talk to somebody else to explain the situation, and another rep instantly told me there must've been some confusion over the phone. I explained again that there was no confusion. Whoever I spoke to on the phone specifically asked me for my make and model of my vehicle, and I told them and they gave me a price. The second employee still wanted to stick to the story of it being confusion over the phone, but try to up the price instead of 50 he wanted to charge 80. I instantly told him and the whole shop they can go to hell, I refuse to give them my money or my business, that is a shame that the first encounter at this place of business was horrible. They lost a customer and future business. I am with a car club that has 300+ members that need tires, alignment, and other auto needs and because of there service they will never get our business. read more

I had a very bad experience from this shop,i got a flat tyre and unfortunately i lost my wheel key too,for the patch work and key removal they charged an entirely different price than they told before the work.Greediness never help you for the long run.Never recommend!!!.Unfortunately if you ever stopped in this shop please do ask for bill in advance(that even handwritten they gave it me)otherwise the short guy(which he told me he is the owner) will cheat you! *DO NOT GO HERE* * DO NOT GO HERE* I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish yelped allowed zero stars. The guys who work here are thieves!!!! My dad took my car here for an alignment. The guy who works here told us my car needed a new tire rod. And once we get that fixed it should work perfectly. One day after the alignment my engine light came on. Get this the alignment was fucked up, the tires were so out of proportion that my whole car shook as I was driving on the freeway. I have a Lexus and I've had it for 2 years and it has never done that. We took my car to our mechanic once he came back in town. He told us the alignment was horrible who ever did this, did this purposely so that we would go back to get it fixed. My tire rod was in excellent condition and I did not need a new one, I also had to get my alignment done again. The guy here charged us $40 for the alignment and we gave him $5 tip. He gave us an estimate of $400 for a new tire rod including the parts and labor. We searched online and the rod is $50 so he was going to charge us $350 for labor. BOYEEEEEE BYEEEEEEE! Listen if you do not know much about cars do not go here, it's better if you take a rock and ruin your car yourself. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money literally any where else or set it on fire because that would still be better than going to this shit hole. read more

Took my car here cause it was over heating and the mechanic said it needed a new head gasket so ok I went ahead and let him fix it well when it was time for me to go get it I drove off and my car wouldn't go over 10 miles an hour ! Mind you the car never had this problem at all till there mechanic touched it . I'm 18 years old and I barely crashed my car and I went to them to fix it. I didn't know anything about cars and they end up making me pay 650 to fix my left wheel and my left chamber. And ever since that day my car has been making a weird screeching sound.
