We have been chasing this man for over a month for an itemized receipt so we can get reimbursed for a $457 repair on a company vehicle - I'm thinking this was pretty expensive for a tire, but it was paid. He doesn't seem to know how to produce even a hand written itemized receipt. He used a dr's appointment as an excuse and then a death in the family. *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!*** We had these guys attempt to fix a wheel and paint it. They spray painted it black and didn't even clean the wheel prior to the attempted repair. I spoke with the owner about it and he was supposed to come pick the wheel up but never showed. I spoke to him today about a refund and he said to bring the card up to process the refund so we drove 30 minutes once again to wash our hands of this joke of a company. When we arrived they refused to give refund and told us to dispute the charge. The owner then stopped answering our calls and texts and left the premises. I strongly recommend letting a kindergarten class repair your vehicle before letting these guys anywhere near it. read more

Absolutely amazing people! They are so genuine and they do great work! I went in to get my ac fixed because my condenser went out. Jawad had it fixed beautifully and my car went from blowing hot air to freezing cold. I was quoted at another place $450 and was only charged $350 here. I give these guys 5 stars I would give them 10 stars if I could. I Found this place on Facebook Market Place . Talk to a guy named Dale told him I had warped 24in rim, but I couldnt see where it was warped at and that the tire would not balance. He told me we can fix anything. So mind you , I live 3hrs a 45 mins away from Houston. So I loaded up the rim and took it to Houston,I dropped it off on Thursday evening around 7pm. They called me the next Day around 2pm and said the rim was ready and they fixed it. So I went back to Houston got the rim brought it back home put it back on my car and drove it and there was no more vibration. These guys are awesome they really know what they are doing . I highly recommend this business to everybody for any car needs or rim needs they can fix it . There prices are great and there staff if very friendly and hard working. This company provides horrible customer service they also do not honor their warranty. Do not go to the company they refer to get a wheel alignment they will rip you off as well. It was 1030pm on a Sunday night, and there was NO ONE available to help me with my flat tire. After close inspection of my wheel, Jawad determined that I have a 3 piece wheel, and that swapping the tire outside of a service facility would not be possible due to the nature of it's design. He did however anticipate this before coming out. He was able to provide me a full size spare at a very generous price. If it had been anyone else coming to change my tire, I know I would have still been stuck where my flat occured. His assistance didn't stop there. I had accidentally locked myself out of the car. I told him he had already done more than enough for me, and that he can just leave...but he refused to leave me on the side of the freeway. He creatively used what tools he had on hand to get me into my car without causing any damage. Jawad is a perfect example of outstanding service and human decency. 10/10 A+++ read more

This shop is under new management and has been for a few years now. I've been faithfully going to them since I've moved back to Houston. The deals that they have are the cheapest that I've ran across and they've only given me quality products. They've worked on my rim and I haven't had any problems with it since. So I bought used rims on facebook first pair I have ever purchased didn't know they could be bent especially 26inch chrome rims not knowing they was bent seller never mentioned it. And I being a dummy and not researching before purchasing bought them. Got them put on get on freeway felt like the truck was about to shake all over the place so I said well maybe they was out of alignment went to three different rim places everyone kept charging me to balance them and didn't tell me they was bent CROOKS. All in all last place I went told me they was bent all four :(. So I started to look and find a repair place called a lot of different places found this guy now his shop is out of order but he did a great job on fixing my rims took him about 4 hours but all 4 was done and balanced very nice people and gave me a really great deal. If you ever been in a situation like this these guys are the ones you want to use. read more

Spent nearly 2000 on rims here. They were very friendly at first but did not have the lug nuts to install the rims properly and damaged the rims installing them. Also had state of the art equipment to mount and balance, but chose to do it manually and further damaged the rims. Then a tire pressure sensor was "not in the car" but never showed any issues before the rims were installed. We still agreed to buy a new tire pressure sensor but when we went back to get it installed they were very defensive and flat out RUDE when we told them the car had no issues with the tpms before the wheels were installed. They also promised lock nuts and never came through with those. They ALSO lost my hub cap while installing them and ordered a new one that didn't match the others. They told me they would get one that matched and they never did. Don't let their friendly front fool you. They don't value customers or their cars read more
