I was in a lot of pain due to past injuries and I explained to them that I really needed this particular chair that supported my back. They had ordered the part but it hadn't arrived. So, they harvested a part from one of their new recliners in their store and had their repairman fix my chair. I am so grateful that they listened to me and had compassion and got my chair back to me! It is this little thing that gives me comfort in my otherwise painful life.
