Owner(korean man) is very rude. I called to ensure that they would be open on Veterans day the day prior and he immediately snapped at me about if I had just called. I had but somehow the called had been dropped. I asked if he was open tomorrow for Veterans Day and he said yes and began to hang up as I tried to ask how late. He was clearly having trouble understanding me so I spoke a little louder and slower. He answer was condecending and ruder still. Picked up my top the next day. I then let him know calmly and politely I would not be doing future business after the way he had spoken to me. He then denied any wrong doing and insisted that I was the one that had caused the problem. Any effort to help him understand was wasted. He then took note of my name and unit of assignment, presumably to try and get me in trouble at work. Very classy Sir. I should note that the staff was nothing but nice and accomidating. Do not recommend this place. I took my asu's in to have them sewn, dry cleaned and set up for a board. The sewing was fine but they managed to lose my unit award ribbon rack and my ranger tab. They then proceeded to tell me it was MY fault that THEY lost my awards/decoration. Will not be back read more

On the day of drop off, my daughter and I asked the seamstress 10+ times if she can remove the straps from a dress in order to make the dress strapless. The seamstress said yes 10+ times. She wrote us a ticket for the charges and day of pickup then we left the store. On the day of pick up, the straps on the dress were still there. Not only were they still there, they were altered which made the zipper malfunction, prevented the zipper from zipping completely and the dress tighter. She apologize for messing up the dress and said she didn't understand our inquiry. She also said "No Charge" 2x. Then she tried to alter the dress again by putting clips on the dress so that it will zip (without my permission). After completing her 2nd alteration, she tried to upcharge me for fixing her mistakes. She then asked for the money for altering the straps and for her 2nd attempt to altering the dress again. I refused to pay and I had to call the cops on her to release my dress to me. She ruined a beautiful expensive dress. All she had to say on day one was that she couldn't alter the dress to be strapless. Do not take your Prom dresses or Ball gowns to them. Bad work, Bad service, Bad communication!!!!
