My ASUs always come out in perfect, inspection-ready condition: awards, rank, boots - everything. $100 just to get a dressed hemmed. I received no notification that my item was done and when I called to check on the status they were so rude and the first thing asked was if i received a text. Clearly i didn't or wouldn't have called.. i said no and it was past the date they said it would be done by. They looked up the order and just said well its been done you could've picked it up. I dropped my uniform off to get two tapes sewn on Saturday morning at 9am, I was told it would be ready Monday. Stopped by at 4 on Monday and it wasn't ready and was told to come back at 6 and it still wasn't ready! Standing at the counter at 7:11pm still waiting on them to finish sewing in two names tapes! These ladies are extremely rude, my wife and I were there for around 5 mins and we both felt like every question we would ask was a stupid question, by they way the lady would roll her eyes, sigh, and answer the questions with zero patience or respect. We paid 80 dollars for our uniforms and unfortunately the transaction already went through or we would have gone elsewhere. Just to be clear, the Asian or Filipino lady at the front desk, just an absolutely awful attitude. After coming here for almost a year, I'm extremely disappointed. I dropped off my ASU's to get sewn, dry cleaned, and pressed. I told the worker I needed them before Tuesday. It is now Monday afternoon and they are still NOT done. After calling and telling them I said I needed them before said day, I got nothing but attitude and a lot of "I'll call you back when I get an answer" but my phone stayed quiet. The lady at the front today asked me if I had a face mask (while literally, cannot make this up, not even wearing hers, it was under her chin) then told me to go wait outside if I didn't have a mask. Again, she was not wearing hers and forcing me outside of a vacant facility that already has a thick ass glass wall between the counter. But I honestly wouldn't have minded going to my car and waiting for my clothes to be brought out. It was the rudeness, hypocrisy, and sheer stupidity of the woman at the front counter that caused me to drive away instead of wait for my clothes. Currently sitting in my car writing this review because I'm so pleased. This is by far the best experience I have had! Thank you to every person in there. I came in needing alterations on one of the new uniforms that came out, name tapes, badges, and a couple ranks. I gave them a lot to do and explained how I really needed it the following day. They sent a message when it was ready and it was to a perfect standard. Extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and the place smells great and is very clean! This will definitely be my place to go from now on. Looking forward to bringing some ASUs in to get cleaned up and if I need anything else, I will use them! read more

Absolutely disappointed with the way they handle their customer service. I dropped a bridesmaid dress off to be altered for a wedding, and when I took it out of the bag at home, there was a brown stain on it. Almost like something was split. The stain was NOT there when I dropped it off. I was leaving the following day for the wedding. When I called them the lady basically blamed it on me saying it was my fault. She was rude and very unprofessional. They wanted me to bring the dress in to "look at it" they could not clean it since it was later it the day (I wanna say 4pm). I will not go back here. Thankfully I was able to have the stain removed (not by them) before the wedding. read more

I will definitely never go here again. I learned my lesson the hard way and should've taken the time to set up my ASUs. As a female, you have to adjust the ribbons with it on. I asked the employee if I need to try it on for them so they could at least mark it but she said no. I was surprised and asked again, "are you sure?" She said, no, we're professionals. When I got it back, the ribbons were of course extremely crooked when I put on the jacket. Just by eyeballing it, I showed the employee the measurements were way off on the badges. Sadly, it's my fault for waiting till the last minute to get this done and taking it somewhere for a set up. They also sewed on the badges in the wrong order on my ocp top even though they had drawn it out when I dropped it off. I can't say I'm surprised at the work done, but I am disappointed at the poor outcome. I got screwed out of $30 just for a half ass ASU set up. This place is definitely just looking to make a quick buck. On top of my dissatisfaction with this poor workmanship, they wanted $4 for what they forgot to tack onto my bill for the badges on my OCP top. Wow, just wow. Terrible customer service. read more

So i went in to get my uniform done for my payday activities this past week. First i want to say that I'm an African american female and is a soldier in the US Army! And i don't normally do reviews but i had to at this point...as soon as i walked into the store the korean chick at the counter immediately Tried to turn me away without even servicing me and had an attitude ..But a fellow soldier who is white came in and got excellent service from the korean chick and she didnt have an attitude while servicing them! Shoutout to Ms.Cece for helping me and pointing me in the right direction and not being a rude and prejudice person. The 2 other black girls in there were helpful as well and super sweet but the korean chick will be bad for business if she doesn't treat everyone with respect! I love monarchs but i definitely felt discriminated against by the korean chick and if y'all aren't careful she'll be the one to cause your business to close...totally disgusted with her customer service and her prejudice attitude! Well the one on Reilly Rd. It's good if everything goes well they give you a bottle of water each time but don't have a situation where that loose your rhinestone button or messes your clothes completely the you get no water and neither a apology only thing you gets is a notice where they have posted so they won't be responsible..It's always your fault..I brought a new suit there never worn before and they lost my rhinestone button fastener and they said they got an investigative and they said I had worn the suit that was a lie..They ruined my jacket.
