Don't trust their stated hours about notary availability. I called to be sure the notary would be available, then drove 30 minutes only to find out the notary had left for the day (2 hours early). The day before I had this issue as well. I was also twice given incorrect information about the notary's availability by someone else who works there. I understand that this is a small town and things are casual, but it's extremely frustrating to waste my time going over there to find the notary wasn't there after I called and verified she would be. read more

Not very impressed with the "friendliness" or "helpfulness" of the ladies at this PakMail. They acted like it was a bother to answer questions about a very time -sensitive package. Was hung up on when I called to confirm pick up and the person did not even apologize. Spoke to the owner who thanked me for telling her but neither did she apologize. That says a lot about who they are. Will not use again. read more
