I could tell they were drowning. Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful. I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.
