I could tell they were drowning. Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful. I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. Knowing that this place is the nearest UPS location, I can't wait to continue my loyalty here!

I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

My envelope with contents inside MAYBE weighing 5 lbs total. I chose to NOT send it. The associate explained the cost is based on size/weight & the destination- depends on how far out &/or secluded the location is. My GOSH, this isn't going to another state. I could drive it myself for cheaper. I paid for the envelope & headed to the United States Post Office & shipped for under $7.00. Don't overpay, folks!!!!

She hung up my call twice when its her JOB to help . Unprofessional in every way possible . I'm not sure if it's something they can't do or won't do. While they are convenient, they don't seem very customer focused for those dropping off prepaid packages.
