Not so friendly customer service upon entrance and overly priced for an inconvenient reason. I went to ship a USPS priority mail flat rate package that is nationally at the USPS for $13.60 and they wanted to charge me $18.60. After he gave me my total, I told him the USPS charge a flat rate of $13.60. He said, well I have to charge an extra fee in order to run my business and pay my rent, that's the only way I can be in business. I politely declined their services and said thank you and have a nice day. There are 2 USPS locations that are in opposite directions from his location within 2.5-3 miles each. Horrible place && OVERLY PRICED. I literally paid $2 for 1 plain black and white sheet of paper. I walked in and wanted to print a paper, which I was asked to email at the owners email because they have no computers available for personal use. At that , they never told me anything - but after printing out the paper ( just 1 sheet of paper), I was told there is $2 'FILE ACCESSS FEE' for anything. Owner (Michael) is irritable and rude when you drop off packages. FedEx, DHL and USPS should reconsider using or recommending this guy as a drop off location. This business has a sign that says it accepts USPS, DHL FedEx etc. I Tried to drop USPS package off and owner told me that he will only let me drop off packages if I do business him. I left this business feeling very uncomfortable. Very poor customer service to advertise this service and get accosted in front of other customers for attempting to do what is advertised. read more
