I had to come here because I had a early meeting and had to come somewhere close. The update is that she's still mean as heck. Y'all gone really lose out on some good money and customers. I agree with those who said the woman behind the counter was rude--super rude and sarcastic. I vowed never to go back but not knowing how to drive, I do need a local place where I get print/package services when I Uber/Lyft for general shopping. I dread going in there tomorrow! I went there because the line at Wesley chapel post office is a zoo, to be understood. Therefore I was looking for a shipping alternative in the neighborhood trying to keep $ local. Went in there to mail a pkg that weighed less than 1 pound maybe just ounces to Florence SC for , $10.75! WTH? I have mailed the same pkg at a post office with $50 insurance included for half that! My recommendation, find a post office with good customer service and use this place only for pre-paid drop offs. It a rip off! read more

My daughter has been telling me about this local neighborhood business she frequents. I had an item with a return label to send back to a company, as well as a graduation gift for my niece. This multi purpose shop is in a busy little strip mall, but I had no problems practically parking right in front of their door. The shop is small but carries packaging and office supplies. There're a couple computers set up in front and a few fax machines in the back. The two ladies in the shop were pleasant and professional. My transaction took less than 10 minutes. From the looks of things they have steady business with people coming and going. The fees for sending my package was reasonable. Good local business. read more

Went to the local shipping shop to avoid the Post Office. The lady behind the counter is quite rude. She was very short with all the customers I saw in line with me. Also she seemed very sarcastic to the people who called on the phone. They do offer a number of shipping and printing services. So if you don't mind long lines, slow service and rude sales people then this is the place for you. read more

I honestly wish I could rate the customer service for this establishment vs. an overall rating because they vary. This is my local neighborhood pack and print facility so it is very convenient for me to use. I cringed every single time I go there and that old, bitter, unhappy woman is at work. Between my mother, my dad, and my easy-going husband, no one EVER has a good experience at that store. She is very condescending, sarcastic, and extremely unpleasant. I just had to share my experience this time because it is becoming annoying that I HAVE to deal with her!!!!!!! Mailed a package using label sent by company. Was provided a receipt with tracking number but the numbers faded. Called and was and told it's not there problem and it's nothing that could be done. Staff was rude. Told me the receipt states it's not there responsibility, but I CANT READ THE RECEIPT!!! And I should have checked sooner. Poor customer service!!! I should have used the ups store or fed ex but I was trying to support small businesses. read more

I recently had a package diverted to this establishment on a Thursday due to being out of town on my personal delivery day. I came by to pick up on Monday after my return but the line was long (I assumed due to 6ft apart rule) & my schedule was tight, so I decided to come by the following day. I pulled up Tuesday at noon & another long line, so I decided to come back a little later. I came back & there was still a line, but I needed to pick up my package... so I waited. After 36 minutes in line (with 5 ppl max in front of me & previous ppl walking out w/o what they came there for complaining with each other in the parking lot) I was seen. The woman at the register asked for my name, I gave it & she says "I dont have it is it under another name"? I told her I dont believe so, but I have the tracking #, she then replies "well give me a minute". To which I reply, "I've given you 30+ minutes, I have the tracking # right here". She then proceeds to roll her eyes & explains how shes the only person working, passes a sheet of paper, walks away & proceeds to work on a laminate job (even though I said I had the number ready). She comes back, looks at the paper, & goes into the computer w/o a word said to me. I said, "UPS app says it was delivered on Saturday". I proceed to say, "it could be under (my pseudonym)". She paused, lets out a huge sigh & replies out loud (PSEUDONYM?!), rolls eyes, & shakes her head continuously. This is not my first time using an access point but this is my first and LAST time using Pak Print & More. I always promote supporting black businesses & I will always call out ANY business when its a laborious process & the customer service is petulant at best. read more
