When the worker mentioned the product was dirty and the box was missing, the woman got super defensive and all the worker was telling the woman was now that it's dirty, and more than a week, they needed the original box, or a date to look up the sale, she just continued to argue with the employees. -- I was present in the store & the woman is wrong. Even after that customer left, the workers helped me with a smile and even apologized to me for me having to witness such behavior.
