My daughter who lives in Nevada purchased flowers and had them delivered to me for my birthday. They arrived with the roses starting to brown along with the hydrangea, I left them in the office since the air conditioning I thought would assist in having them last longer, this morning the rose at the very top had wilted and all the mums were already turning brown on the bottoms, this is only day 2. So very disappointed in you Floral Mart, I didn't have the heart to tell my daughter how you treated her and your local community. During these times you would think every business would strive for excellence, but since there is very little competition you feel entitled to treat customers this way. You need to do better. Ordered from Portland OR Disappointing. Tried them for the first time as I also purchase from Kui & I --- made a special request for my daughter's favorite flowers and she got 1 flower of each and carnations for the rest. It was like they just grabbed any flower without thought and sent it out. I would never shop there again. Kui & I always send a picture of their finish product as well. Owner never even tried to make it right! I like giving small business' a try! Well lesson learned! read more

We came here to order a standing spray for my great grandma who had just passed away. Janice had made this an easy process and it was very easy finding a spray we liked. We even were able to customize the colors of one we saw. The price was much more affordable than I had imagined, and tbh, after seeing the flowers that were brought from other shops, you're better off coming here. :) PLUS they sell Oshiro tofu products, which, I must say, are amazing! The staff at Floral Mart are always very friendly and helpful. They have a great assortment of flower arrangements. One of my favorite things is the rainbow colored rose. It's so beautiful by itself, or in a bouquet. My other favorite thing in the store is their salads. The Soba Aburage Salad and Somen Salad are so refreshing and delicious! The one I ate today was the Soba Salad which consisted of Buckwheat noodles, Aburage, Cucumber, Kamaboko, and Somen Salad Dressing. All for only $5. What a deal! I was so excited to eat the salad I forgot to take a picture of it. read more

I'm extremely disappointed. I'm not one to make reviews but when the service is exceptional or downright horrible, I'll make the time. Today is my mother's 70th birthday, and I wanted to get her a special arrangement. My first choice was Floral Mart, I looked them up online and had a few bouquets I liked, but I wanted to see them in person, or through a window to make sure it was something I liked. I got to the shop and read all the signs that said I needed to call, so I did...12 times in a row until someone answered! She did explain that due to COVID, I was not able to see the flowers, not even through the window. I was disappointed, and respected their store rules and as I was saying that it was too bad and to thank her she hung up on me. Sadly, there was another woman trying to order flowers in the stall next to me who also was unable to reach anyone. We both ended up at Kui & I across the street and was treated wonderfully and welcomed with respect. I purchased the arrangement below...the most expensive one they had, not only because my mom is worth every penny but because I was prepared to spend the same amount at Floral Mart. read more

Not sure what happened today, but very disappointed. My wife called to order a wreath for my mom's funeral and was treated rudely by a woman who answered the phone. Quoted $600 for a wreath!!! My wife opted for the spray which was more reasonable. After calling another florist which was more reasonable, my wife called back to cancel the spray. The woman let out a big sigh, said ok and hung up. She acted as if she were very stressed and was very unprofessional. After I had told my wife how great this place was and is owned by my classmate... who is the nicest person! This isn't how it has been when I've called in the past... not sure what's changed, but it's sad. read more

Variety of cut roses in several colors, potted plant arrangements, orchids, philaenopsis, etc. Vases and urns used for silk arrangements are very nice and complement the entire arrangement. They also have tofu, aburaage, somen salad, soba salad, and okara available to add to a gift basket. Not all flower shops create great floral arrangements, but floral artists can.
