We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors! read more

I would highly recommend Palace Floors to anyone thinking about putting in new floors. David and his crews were all so professional and great at what they do. My stairs needed some custom work done and David was the only person out of four companies that I spoke to that had a viable solution to preserve the rounded stair case. He brought in an expert at wood work to focus on the stairs while the rest of the crew worked on the floors. We were living out of the house while the floors were being done and the guys were so respectful and bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable in our home. Wow! Palace floor did such an amazing job on our granite. David was outstanding to work with. He under-promised and over delivered (what a great treat these days with renovation!). They got the job done in a week, yes only a week (everyone else needed 3 weeks)!! We learned about Palace Floors through a friend of ours. We got hand scraped hardwood floors installed. David offered us a very reasonable price and he personally visited the site at the beginning, during and after to ensure that everything was well taken care of. With David's suggestions and supervision we got our work completed within the requested timeline. We openly discussed options with David and he advised us every step of the way with great patience. We did encounter some initial hiccups with the laying crew but because David is a very professional, trustworthy and well meaning person, he got it all completed to our satisfaction. If we had chosen independent contractors, getting wooed by the below market pricing, we would have ended up in a big mess. Palace floors has been in this business for a long time and they know what they are doing. They have a good selection of wooden floors (engineering as well as solid) to choose from. The tile selection and pricing were good but not as competitive for the specific category we were looking at (fireplace surround). So we bought only the wooden flooring. I can't say enough great things about David Kash and Palace Floors! We had them tackle three major jobs at our home in McKinney: master bath shower, glass, tile and tub installation; floor tile replacement for two bathrooms, our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room; and manufactured hardwood for all our downstairs living areas. MASTER BATH: David's teams were terrific in coordinating with our other contractor to complete our master bath renovation. His workers (licensed plumber, tile installation expert, and shower glass company) did superb work at exceptionally reasonable pricing. We are thrilled with the result. TILE FLOORS: While the selection in the Palace showroom was good, David ended up sending us to the showroom of one of his wholesale suppliers in the DFW area to get an even broader choice selection to get the tile that was perfect for our preferences. The installation was flawless. MANUFACTURED WOOD: The acacia wood product that we bought is absolutely stunning. However, here we had a few problems... though nothing that David did not handle effectively. The installation team inadvertently tracked their glue residue (mixed with debris dust) all over the beautiful Acacia wood floors in four of the rooms that they had just installed. (A lesson a new [now former] member of the team learned the hard way.) Nothing seemed to take off these deep stains in the beautiful floor. David personally came to our home three times, joining his sub-contractor in getting down on his hands and knees to clean the floor. He even had the flooring manufacturer's rep come out to provide a consultation and help out. After a month and several tries, the team finally found the right combination of cleaners and elbow grease to get the job done. The floor is now perfect, as we'd hoped. We are thrilled. David Kash is a man of his word -- honest, concerned for his customers, and one who does what it takes. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring and bathroom work.
