It was a constant issue and I was constantly told misinformation to pacify my complaints. They did the bare minimum... At Best... Now we get to the part where they get part of my vocational award and ppd award... not only are they nickel and diming me...$30 per check plus 30% plus random deductions that cant even be explained.... now I'm being ignored when I asked for complete itemized receipts of exactly what deductions are being taken. They also charge you interest after 30 days even though you can't request the full amount for 70 days and they know this and do this on purpose just part of the nickel and dime effect.. I'm told "its not much because they request the full amount at 70 days" so they only get 40 days of interest you have zero control over... When I question the missing money is I am basically threatened that they can technically take more that they are being "fair". I'm sorry but I should have full access and proof of where my money is going. Especially for a less than mediocre experience. I could have gotten the same amounts myself. Now I'm being ignored when asking for proof of where missing money is going. Tried by email and phone. Itemized receipts should be sent without issue they are in any other instance. Go with a smaller law firm... you're not important and you're just another paycheck to them...

It's disappointing and "strange" to see such a defensive and dismissive response to feedback. If your firm does not offer consultations, perhaps clarifying the language on your page ( "Get a virtual consultation" ) button, would help avoid confusion. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, your reply comes across as condescending, which only reinforces doubts about working with your firm. A professional approach would not involve belittling someone for comparing prices and making an informed decision. Clients seek not just expertise, but also respect and transparency. I'm glad i didn't invest my time or money at this law-firm. My intent was simply to inform others about the prices.

After consulting with three other law firms that gave us little, if any hope, Mr. Hannula and Mr. Nelson believed we had a good chance of reaching a favorable outcome. They were quite optimistic regarding our case. We had nearly given up hope when we contacted their law firm. We could not have asked for better representation! Both attorneys, along with their staff, and office manager were the best we could have ever imagined or hoped for. All our questions, concerns, and possible outcomes were answered and explained in great detail. Their responses were very prompt each and every time. We did, indeed, reach the best outcome possible. We cannot thank Mr. Hannula and Mr. Nelson enough. They made it possible for us to stay financially afloat while my husband was off work for many months, due to his severe injury. We owe them a huge debt of gratitude. Please, contact this firm if you want the BEST in representation, professionalism, and kindness. They are all wonderful attorneys and have a great staff.

We didn't know where to turn to as this was uncharted territory for us but we knew based on the severity of the injuries, we had to seek representation. We called around but got nowhere until we reached whom we believe to be one of the one of the most intelligent, professional and tactical attorneys we've even had the pleasure having in our lives, John Wilson of Rush, Hannula, Harkins and Kyler. Because my wife's particular case was so unique, it required several years of visits to expert doctors all over the west coast and countless medical records requests. We grew discouraged at times but John never let up lose hope. In the end, John's strategies paid off as we walked away with a settlement we felt was commensurate to our loss. He really is a remarkable attorney and someone we consider a friend.

This is odd to me that such a place would request an in person visit, especially when they know you are in a ton of pain and ambulatory only with assistance, such as crutches, which I was. I won't go into all the minutia of every detail, but what I experienced was pure, disrespect, and was treated as if I had done something bad by going to them to request their help. The main attorney, didn't catch his first name, seem to only have me there to use as an experiment to help train a "new attorney" that was there, although late, And just show some kind of superiority over me. All I wanted was someone to explain to me what my options are. Since I've never had a workplace injury and L&I isn't helpful, after meeting this POS narcissist, who could do nothing more than talk in circles, I would recommend navigating L&I on your own. This is not the first time, in fact, I was looking to replace the second lawyer I had hired. The first two just had no ability to communicate anything. In the beginning, they want your money, but if there's anything short of them making a fortune they just don't give you any attention. To top it off, the building this "attorney" operates out of is old and has no visible disabled parking, which I find odd since they specialize in workplace injury. Allegedly. Next is just the office isn't clean and hasn't been updated in decades. The smell of old musty dusty office isn't very inspiring, especially when you're going to be talked down to and treat it like crap, just by asking their advice or potentially wanting to hire them. Reading some of the other reviews, which I should've done before I went there, I never would've gone. Extremely unpleasant, an absolutely useless.

I…read morewas involved in a very nasty worker's comp claim with my employer at the time and I felt the lowest point in my life. I walked into their office in 2016. They took my claim (Special thanks to David)....all the way to the BIAA court in 2021and then defended me from my employer appealing/countersuing me in Pierce County Superior Court. For five long years and countless hours worked by Attorney Jennifer and Paralegal Phiona (as well as others) I paid NOTHING. ZERO. NADA. They believed in my claim so much that I never had a bill from them during the entire process. Once I won my claim (through the hard work of Jennifer and Phiona) it was six-figures. They gave me an itemized bill that was very fair and was deducted from the payout. Moreover, Jennifer won my case with prejudice (The employer can never come at me again) along with a handsome monthly WA State L&I Pension....FOR LIFE!!! Thanks again to Jennifer and Phiona. You two are Saints, in my book. If you have a legit worker's comp claim, SDI claim or personal injury I strongly recommend this law firm. On the flip side, if you're an ambulance chaser or looking for a quick buck do yourself and this law firm a favor and move on. They deal with claims their entire lives and can smell B.S. at the front door. If you are currently dealing with a worker's comp claim, SDI or personal injury my best advice to you is to lawyer up...and lawyer up early. The process is corrupt (especially self-insured employers) and heavily favors them as they have deep pockets. They will come at you in ways you haven't even imagined (I was under surveillance EVERYWHERE for over a month at one point). You cannot navigate the process alone.
