Without ever talking with me to discuss my problem, I was told via email that my case wasn't one they could help me with and they didn't want to hold up missing any claim deadlines. I don't even know what the paralegal was referring to, I have no claim deadlines, I have a true medical malpractice case. Even though their website addresses medical malpractice, this is apparently not their area of expertise. I do not recommend this firm.

Miranda Baner is a competent attorney, but she doesn't give the representation her clients pay for. She will take your money and you will not get effective representation in return. I was a client of hers and she conspired with the opposing attorney to defraud me of funds and conjure conflict to drag the case out. She also advised me to go along with actions that were clearly in violation of my rights and standard court procedures. She has no backbone!
