So I called to make an appointment with this company, and the appointment date they never showed up. I called asking where they were, and if they needed to reschedule, and they apologized and gave me a new appointment date and time. This is the second time they have wasted my valuable time, with no communication. I guess they don't want business. Got the number 951-503-2144 here on YELP and asked for a quote - It said it was Palacios's Landscaping?? The guy who responded to my YELP request/in YELP, said he was Roy, and when the guy showed up - he said his name was Joseph??? Don't know what's going on there?? Anyway, 'Joseph', who said he used to work for the same landscaping company our daughter used to work for - So, we felt like we could trust him. Joseph walked the property and gave a bid for twice a month service. We had to work scheduling around the rain but we finally agreed on a day. Joseph and another (much older man) showed up with a trailer and tools. They got out at 8:30 am and Joseph showed the older man where they'd be working (both in the front and backyard). Joseph said they were going to start work. At around 9:am, Joseph texted me to say that he was missing his weed eater and had to go get it??? Anyway, he just eft. He messaged later to tell me they hadn't put out any Round-up so it was OK for our dogs to go back outside. But then, even though I messaged him several times to find out what was going on, he Ghosted me! I don't know if he really works for Palacios but he's using their name & number given here on YELP. This is HORRIBLE service - and to this it to a disabled senior is DESPICABLE! DO NOT USE THIS GUY or this company. ***I should say that I called the Palacios Number listed on the YELP ((951) 633-9633) later and spoke to someone who said they don't know a "Joseph"? However, I got in touch with Joseph through the YELP listing for Palacio's landscaping. read more
