The location was easy to reach and plenty of close to the building parking. Everything was clean and looked to be state of the art. Within minutes of consulting with Dr. Perkinson, I was able to calm down. He took my specific concerns into consideration and his assistant was especially helpful. The procedure literally took minutes and was completely painless. Dr Perkinson is a skilled practitioner. He and his assistant kept me informed and reassured. Their efforts to ease my fear are appreciated beyond words. He followed up with a call to me last night and I can report that my recovery has been so easy.

She has a very small mouth and our regular dentist was not up for the challenge. Dr. Collins is amazing. He made my daughter extremely comfortable right from the start. He was thorough in explaining everything to me and also keeping my daughter involved. I like that he spoke to her and asked her questions about how to make her comfortable. She felt like she was a part of the discussion and involved in her own healthcare choices. That is wonderful! Most DR's just talk to the parents and disregard that their patient is actually the child. He made suggestions about anesthesia while taking into consideration her other medical issues. We decided to go with a twilight sedation. The procedure was over in no time. The follow up appt. went smooth as well. The Dr's assistant is so nice and friendly. I wish all my daughter's nurses and assistants were just like her. She is in the right field. She has the personality to be dealing with people and their health. I take one star away just because the receptionist staff leave a little more to be desired. With the exception of the blonde (sorry didn't catch her name), the rest of the people in the front that you deal with seem to be bothered by having to do anything for you or answer your questions. While searching for someone in-network with my insurance, I came across Dr. Hur--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I went in for my consultation, I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Hur took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and the best part was that he explained I didn't need jaw surgery at all--he could correct everything with implants. That alone was a huge relief. Dr. Hur and his entire staff walked me through every step of the process. On the day of surgery, they once again made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Hur personally went out to the waiting room, sat down with my wife, and explained everything in detail. He never rushed and truly took his time, which meant a lot to us. The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

I called Dental Pointe and they got me in right away - evaluated my problem - wedged me between other patients (without inconveniencing other patients) - revealed my situation with x-ray photos - showed me their very competitive procedure costs - and asked if I wanted to go for it in about 20 minutes. Of course I did! Dr. Gangaji, the surgeon, did her magic and it was over before I felt any pain (individual differences could vary).
