There are some interactive displays, that some children will enjoy. The docent at the front desk was helpful. What challenged me was parking. There is none nearby. I guess this is true for most Universities. The GPS took me to the museum and with 2 toddlers in tow, I parked in one of the 6 non marked, empty spaces. Just to be sure I asked if I needed a visitor permit for my car, when I was told those spots were not for visitors. I needed to look for parking elsewhere. I found there was parking available approximately 1/4 mile away and across Broadway. That is an extremely busy street. There are no pedestrian crosswalks near the museum. So fairly good museum -- difficult logistics made worse on cool rainy days.

This haunt happened to go all year long - for a very long time. During the day it's pretty campy, walking home late night from downtown the haunt appeared downright creepy. Nothing like an open grave and a propped up casket to get your blood pumping after a night out on the town. The residents took full advantage of the festive fun often having parties and pups in the yard (a Mom golden retriever and her two sons to be exact). Someone scooped up the real estate next door, built a fancy condo thing on the back of the historic house and bam the Pearl Street Haunt came down. R.I.P Pearl Street Haunt!

It has a great location, right on the hill so pretty easy to get to. Plenty of street parking around. There's other stores to grab a bite too. The inside is cozy yet spacious. There are benches on each side to sit if you need. The pit area is nice and close to the stage, and I was easily able to grab a spot early. They have a good amount of drink stations and free water. Even got me a anniversary glass!! Acoustics were great for a five member string band. I'll definitely be going back soon to see another performance!

We had some the most expensive beer we've had at any event, but worked in our favor because we didn't risk having to give up our spot to go to the bathroom or wake up with a hangover. The ballon drop at midnight was a nice touch but we've been to similar larger venues in the past that managed to distribute a complementary champagne toast as well. Overall, great venue and we will keep an eye out for other bands we want to see who might play here. Based on the photos on the walls, they have a great history of booking great acts.

What could be better? Located just off the Pearl Street Mall - this intimate, cozy venue makes for the perfect spot for drinks and music. With the variety of seating, extended dance floor and stage, the unassuming little spot is much bigger than anticipated. The rustic yet chic interior creates one hell of a vibe that was easily felt by all! SO fun! Bartenders were friendly, fun and willing to go the extra mile when it came to fun cocktails and made sure we enjoyed our time in between sets! Cheers to good friends, good music and a new favorite venue up north!

An older theater, this place is in good shape. Easy getting through security and in the door, there are good selections at the main bar, as well as the lounge there too. Also, compared to other venues, beers for ~$10 each seemed like a reasonable value. The venue itself isn't huge. We didn't realize seats weren't permanent. They're practically on top of each other, and there isn't much legroom. Luckily, we were on the aisle, so it wasn't that big of a deal, although having to leave the row so others could get in was a bit of a pain.

The Boulder Theater is absolutely lovely…read more The staff are friendly and welcoming. It was so easy to get inside. And another awesome factor, we parked for free in a free parking garage nearby. Like a free parking garage is unheard of nowadays, and I love that Boulder offers one. We were lucky enough to snag great seats in the balcony for prime viewing of the stage. The sound and lighting were on point and the bars were easily accessible. I, especially, loved how the seats moved and, in a sense, "reclined" so I didn't have to sit up super straight. However, they could've been padded a little more as I was getting a bit sore. All in all, I loved this place and would be glad to see a concert here again!
