I gave a general list of items I needed repaired to the lady I spoke with. She said someone could come out today, which I said was fine. She told me someone would call before they came. Since this was set up two days ago, I feel she has bumped me back for other jobs. Was my service call put on the work schedule at all? I've sat home this entire day and put other issues and errands aside. At this point, I'll find another plumbing company and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Common courtesy would warrant someone letting me know they could not keep the appointment today and reschedule.
