The idea in our society that we can feel better without any medication or pain killers seemed far fetched. I have dealt with back pain and severe chest pain for over a year and had gone to multiple doctors and been on a few different concoctions from the pharmacy with only brief relief, then it was back. It seemed hopeless. I came across Chirofit while enjoying the Long Grove Apple festival. They were giving free massages and after lots of walking, that sounded fantastic. They requested some info then started asking about aches and pains. When I let them know what was up, they offered me a risk free consultation, so I figured me what do I have to lose? When I showed up for the consultation, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I met with Dr. Morgan and we began to discuss my case. After a series of tests, we set up a game plan to correct some back problems. After just a few treatments consisting of adjustments and exercises, my back pain all but disappeared and my chest pains we're minimized. It feels great to be pain free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of some drug free pain relief. Dr. Morgan is very professional and she cares about the patient, and for that, I will keep on coming.

As a professional healthcare worker for 30+ years all I can say is the owner- "Dr. Dave"- is arrogant without any appropriate people skills. I saw Dr. Mitch today for the first time, he and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. During check out, the clerk told me I owe $65 when I refused as I always pay $30 copay. Dr. Dave- the owner came out and was very belittling "I dont know if you met your deductible...i end up chasing people around for money." This was totally unnecessary- bad taste at first visit. Good PR would be- "don't worry about it- we'll see you next week and take care of it." So i called back from the parking lot and cancelled my next visit and massage- will not be going back. Yes, may people have left such positive reviews- perhaps the owner is overly confident and may likely struggle with serious sustainability issues in the future.. There are plenty of chiros around!!. Will never be back here and will share my experience with many healthcare providers in the area I am friends with.

We researched in advance and confirmed with BCBS PPO that they were in-network so we though it would be reasonable. We were really hoping to get help. Something here seems amiss. First we went in for a evaluation to see what was needed, consultation and x-rays. Then we had a follow up visit to get treatment. We were then asked to immediately pay ~$1100 (the remaining of our deductible) and directed that we would need at least 24 visits to help my wife's spinal situation. It was also clear that the doctor didn't want to get involved with front desk financial discussions, likely by design. Then, once we found issue with these options, they immediately offered to wipe out the $1100 "needed" charge and just schedule the 24 visits for therapy; which they knew from insurance we had available. And to add, they were very quick to try and schedule while my wife was confused with the financial gymnastics that just happened. Upon questioning their protocol, she was asked if the issue was financial. Regardless of their questionable approach, it was strange that they would waive the fee and still offer the same treatment. Had we not been savvy enough to question their practice, we would have been duped into spending this unneeded money to which I'm sure many pay unquestionably as they're in pain and desperate for help. I would highly question using this as you practitioner and seriously vet their billing techniques before committing to anything. They may be great chiropractors but their business techniques are highly questionable, cause reason for concern and encourage the need to seek alternative options. I truly wish our experience was better and wish them the best, perhaps it was just a bad day with poor advice and we're an anomaly. But we're pretty down to earth folks and something seemed quite strange. I grew up in the neighborhood across the street and value supporting local business, this was discouraging to say the least.

Having been to Chiropractors over the last 20 years, I know when someone is good and when they're not. In my adjustment he only partially moved my neck, it wasn't even a complete neck adjustment. I asked if that was it and he said yes. That has never happened to me with any other Chiropractor. I've always had a full adjustment of my neck and back. I immediately knew I couldn't trust him, so I decided never to return. Weeks after my visit I got a bill for $64 dollars, which is after my insurance already paid the negotiated rates. Everyone's insurance is different, but I have good insurance that already paid $144 for 1 visit. With that insurance, I've never been billed this much for 1 visit from any other Chiropractor. I went back to my old Chiropractor and he told me this guy is taking advantage of me. There's a ton of Chiropractors out there, and I don't need to be paying that much for 1 visit. Never going back.
