If they don't answer, you leave a message and wait a week or two for someone to call back. I ended up having to schedule tests done myself because their radiology scheduler didn't get back to me until over a week later but not to tell me she scheduled the test, but to flip out on me for trying to have tests scheduled within a certain time period due to work and childcare schedules. She didn't say when or IF she would proceed to schedule the test and didn't respect the fact that I gave her a list of test providers in my insurance network. She was insistent on booking me with some place outside of my network. I asked her to please contact the company that my insurance approved. She said she'd get back to me. I waited a week, didn't hear back, and decided to go ahead and make the appointment myself. After I finished my appointment THAT I SCHEDULED, I received a phone call from the other testing center (the one that my insurance DID NOT approve that WCU's scheduler decided to book me with anyway) and they wanted to schedule me for the test. On top of that, the scheduler submitted the wrong order for the WRONG TEST!!! A test I'd already had done in the doctor's office. I'm so glad I set this up myself. I do not want to deal with that chick ever again. Like I said I really like my physician but the office staff is so awful I may have to transfer to another facility.

The procedure was virtually pain-free as he was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The first office visit did take a while but only because he makes sure to see everyone, anyone that waits for him he stays open for until each patient is seen. That speaks towards the respect for his patients care as well as there time ("If you wait for me I'll wait for you until everyone is seen"). Truly a pleasure!

My dad was recommended to see a urologist because he had blood in his urine. Eventually there was an appointment almost 2 months away. My mom takes him and from the get go it was horrible. The nurses were horrible and completely unhelpful. Absolutely no reason they should be caring for any person. Rude and dismissive. Somehow people who got there AFTER them were attended first. FINALLY when they get a room. The doctor comes in and says why are you here. Doctor has no clue why they have a patient coming in. They don't even try to help or resolve the problem. Nobody in this godforsaken building knows what they are doing and should not be allowed to "help" people. Edit: even after explaining what the issue was, there was nothing that was done to even attempt to help. Not even asking to fix but a simple "this is what we're going to try to do or let's see what the steps that we are going to take to eventually help you with this." Somehow my dad left worse than when he arrived. Continue to put the blame on your patients but I'm assuming this isn't your first year in your practice so none of this should be new to any of your staff. In my line of work I make damn sure any patient that comes to me gets my full attention and if there's any issues whether its a general concern or insurance or medication I make DAMN sure I get them the attention, care and answers they deserve. You try and pivot to only putting the blame on the patient but choose to ignore the constant comments about your unprofessional staff. Somehow I feel we would get better care in an imaginary place than here.

Dr. Padra Nourparvar did a great job and was able to perform the circumcision with ease. Scheduling a date and time was smooth with Erik. The staff onsite were friendly and kind. The facility was clean. Procedure went smoothly. The staff prepped our son and had a shusher sound machine to play during the procedure. My husband and I were there to sooth our son during the process. After the procedure was completed we were able to take photos to send my son's recovery progress and ask questions if we had any through email. Thank you Dr. Padra Nourparvar and team!

There is certainly a large facility that he works in and around which provides many different medical options all in one house. Tomorrow I have an appointment June 2017 for Urology issues kidney stones. Again I'm sure everything will go perfect and I will get this little obstacle taken care of.
