Made a reservation through open table and we were welcomed and seated in short order. Very pleasant and capable wait staff (but we had to ask for parmigiana cheese for our meals. Appetizers were tasty (but expensive). The dinners were ok... (and expensive). All in all a nice place but overpriced.

The service was efficient, friendly, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They made our experience very pleasurable. Their recommendations were all amazing and explained the dishes very well. The food was fresh, very well prepared, and just absolutely delicious! I'd just go grab a plate of pasta with a glass of wine at the bar on a random day, just because it's that good. It was apparent that they take great care with the selection and preparation of ingredients. The freshly made pasta elevates the dishes to the next level. I highly recommend this place, it's very romantic but there were families with school aged children enjoying that night as well, and some friends celebrating so the vibe is what you make it.

Dined at Palinuro Italian Cuisine with a party of six celebrating a birthday. The service was amazing which gave me a great first impression before tasting a single bite. The ambiance could accommodate a romantic outing or spaciously seat a large party. We started with calamari which was perfectly cooked, crispy with a tender rings. The Beet Salad is a must try, it's as attractive as it is tasty. My entree was the Lamb Shank flavorful and tender with a great gravy covering. The restaurant closes earlier on the weekday so caution to late diners.

Quaint spot. Larger inside than what it appears from the parking lot. Has a nice Italian feel. Food was good. I had the fish of the day. Beet salad was super tasty. Service was really good. I need to go back & try some additional food items.

Truffle cheese wheel pasta (off menu)

Went here for birthday and it was a great choice! The truffle cheese wheel pasta was the best pasta I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy without being too rich or heavy, with a hint of nuttiness from the truffles. The server spun the fresh pasta around in the 1 year-aged large cheese wheel in front of us and the performance was a nice show. We also got the veal cutlet with broccolini and roasted potatoes- the veal was a bit too salty and rich (borderline fishy), but the sides were fantastic. The lighting was darker and more romantic and we were seated at a nice booth in the middle.

The food was good, although prices were a bit high for what it was. The service was really above and beyond -- they did their best to accommodate our tantrum throwing child and provided bread and ice cream on the house.

First time here. We sat outside and the ambiance was perfect. Soft lighting and could hear the instrumental music playing from inside. Miguel was an excellent waiter who checked on us often and made sure everything was to our liking. We were also greeted by the owners. Loved hearing how they began the restaurant. The owner is from SW Italy. Food was authentic and flavorful. Pasta noodles were homemade and my husband said the chicken Parmesan was the best he's had. We will definitely be returning!

Every course was enjoyable, and there was plenty of food for the table to share. We started with the Garlic Mozzarella Bread, Toasted Ravioli, Calamari Fritti, Lomonte's Famous House Salad, and a Greco Roman pizza for the table. The garlic mozzarella bread was a hit across the table. The toasted ravioli was solid, while the calamari was delicious and cooked well, though we felt the portion size was a little small for the price. The house salad was fresh, flavorful, and one of the better restaurant salads I've had recently. For my entrée, I ordered the Beef La Crema. It comes with a 6oz fillet, mushroom risotto, and brussel sprouts. The mushroom risotto was excellent. Risotto is usually salty at restaurants, but this one was perfectly balanced and cooked nicely. The Brussels sprouts were also well executed and paired nicely with the dish. My filet came out a little more done than the medium-rare I requested, but it was still tender and flavorful. I do wish it had been slightly larger, but at 6 ounces, some shrinkage during cooking is to be expected. Overall, this was an outstanding meal with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. It's easily one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, and I'd gladly return.

So if you are looking for good food a casual family friendly atmosphere and don't want to drive too far. Because let's be honest these guys could be fine dining, with the overly formal atmosphere etc but these guys have been here for a very long time, and the quality of food is fantastic and they are reasonably priced. Sorry I didn't get a picture of anything but the calamari but we had the scallops with risotto and the chicken rustica. I know I've had the risotto better previously but everything was still really good.

I asked for a drink recommendation and she gave me two great options. I chose the Tres Cucumber and it was amazing. Refreshing, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced with a clean cucumber flavor. My husband ordered the Old Fashioned, which was also very well done. We shared the fudge brownie for dessert and it was rich, moist, and elevated with just the right hint of espresso. That…read moresaid, I believe one visit isn't enough to fully judge a restaurant, and I do plan to return to try other dishes in hopes of a better experience. This was my wife's and my first visit, and overall it was underwhelming. The ambiance is definitely upscale and modern. However, the entry area felt extremely crowded, with guests waiting for reservations and tables. Inside, the décor is sleek, but the large wine displays throughout the dining rooms made certain areas feel somewhat closed off and obstructed the overall openness of the space. We were seated in a side dining room and promptly served bread with olive oil and seasonings. The bread was fresh and enjoyable, though I personally prefer a touch of balsamic vinegar alongside the oil to balance some of the bitterness. I asked for more bread (3 slices were given) and our waiter said only one bread basket is complimentary. Now, let's talk about the wine program. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine list with both standard and member pricing. As someone who owns several of the wines listed, I noticed some bottles marked up well over 100%, which felt excessive. Perhaps I'm just a bargain hunter, but it definitely stood out. My bigger concern, however, was the limited by-the-glass selection. My wife enjoys sweeter wines while I prefer bold reds, so we typically order by the glass. The bottle list offered tremendous variety, but the glass selection was surprisingly narrow. Expanding those options would greatly improve the experience for guests with different tastes. As for the food, my wife ordered the scallop risotto. The dish had good flavor, the scallops were cooked beautifully, and the risotto had a pleasant texture, although it was slightly looser than I expected. Whether that was intentional based on the rice variety used, I'm not sure, but overall it was a solid dish. I ordered the Pasta alla Ruota. The scallops were unavailable, so I substituted chicken. Unfortunately, this dish missed the mark. The pasta itself was acceptable but noticeably dry. It was finished with truffle shavings and truffle oil, yet I detected virtually no truffle flavor whatsoever. The chicken was the biggest disappointment as it was extremely dry, lacked seasoning, and honestly detracted from the entire dish. Since the pasta is prepared tableside, I chose not to send it back, but I was genuinely disappointed. My largest issue is the value proposition. The pasta was $48, plus an additional $10 for the chicken. For comparison, I've enjoyed a similar pasta dish at Gianni's inside the former Versace Mansion in South Beach for less money, and the quality there was significantly better. By the end of the evening, our dinner for two with two glasses of wine each came to just over $200 with only one complimentary bread basket offered. Considering the overall experience, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed. As I mentioned earlier, I will return and give the restaurant another opportunity because one meal doesn't always tell the whole story. However, based on this first visit, I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
