It still leaked and all the expensive coolant (almost $500 worth) and the air conditioning didn't work after a short time period. After telling them this, they told me I must have done something. After reporting it to the owner, the owner told them to fix my air conditioning. The service department told me in a text, whining like a child, that they did me wrong and want to make this right. My original bill was near $1700.00. I spoke with them and they told me it would basically cost me nothing to fix the issue. They spent three days until they finally got to my vehicle. I walked in and my suv was finally in the service bay. The service manager called back on the phone to the mechanic while on speaker phone. He asked the mechanic how the suv was doing and the mechanic replied, "What, this piece of shit!" The service manager promptly took the call of speaker and smiled at me. This guy said to me a week earlier that I should have gone with a Ford because Chevy's suck. This is a Chevy dealer saying this to me. I just then thought the man was an idiot. Anyway, my vehicle was a Chevy Yukon and only three years old at that time. What a pleasure having someone work on my vehicle after saying Chevy's suck and the mechanic calling my suv a piece of shit. I feel so confident having people like this work on my car.....NOT!!!! Anyway, the guy calls me up while I am working and tells me my SUV is ready. I said "Great' how much?" He said $1000 plus dollars. Can't remember exactly the number but it was over $1000. I thought they were going to basically do this for free. I just wanted my vehicle and wanted to get away from these thieves as fast as I could. I paid for it via credit card over the phone and picked up the vehicle after hours. Upon pickup, the bill was on the seat of the SUV. I looked at it and the guy charged me a second time for the coolant (almost $500.00 of the bill) after I paid for the coolant the first time when they misdiagnosed that the coolant lines where leaking. DAH!!!!!!!! I shall never return to this p[lace again. Not forgetting to mention, I don't think the two service managers like each other, because the bald one had the other one find a vehicle in the lot and was swearing the worst after asked to do so. Not a place of trust or pleasure. I don't believe there is any honesty here. I was screwed on this one. Beware of these people. Very sad experience I had to endure. Lied to and cheated. Why would I return for more of that?

I purchased a new "leftover" white 2023 Subaru WRX Base in September 2024 from Teton Motors to be…read moreshipped to NJ. I ordered specific Subaru optional accessories to be installed which included body side door moldings. Their body shop employee did not bother following the Subaru template instructions for mounting these properly, so the gaps to the door edges are not spaced correctly. Lesson learned here is to never have a dealer install any optional accessories. Order them installed on your new car from the factory so there are no "screw ups" by incompetent, poorly trained Subaru employees that you assume are going to do an excellent job.

While driving down the 10% grade hill our brakes began to smoke, so I managed to pull off the road…read more We called for a AAA tow and it took them over two hours to get to us (less than five miles from their business), however, I will say there was an accident down the road they were working on. When the tow truck lady got there she did a GREAT job. Very friendly and knowledgeable, however, she is the only positive thing about this business. She suggested that we have our brakes checked and I drove to their business. The mechanic took off my tires and within 10 min said I needed new brake pads, rotors, and calipers with a quote of $2500.00. I told them I was going to get a second opinion and Wes, tried to give me the song and dance that they were only business open that could do it. I told him I was willing to risk it, since my brakes seemed fine, the rotors were not warped. He made me sign this waiver of liability and then charged me $142 for their time. So I drove down to Big O tires and had them look at it. They drove it and removed the tires to inspect the brakes. They told me that, yes, they got hot but I was in need of NO repairs and they didn't charge me a penny to tell me this. This is the worst scam in town and I cannot believe they are still in business.

When we got there, the computer system couldn't handle our situation and the clerks were a bit incompetent. Alan stuck around the whole time until we got sorted, and even made some phone calls to the Jackson depot that the clerks couldn't manage for some reason. Without his patience we would have been totally stuck. He still had another job to do that day, so must have got home very late. What a great guy.
