I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted by any staff member. My husband went to the front desk to ask how much longer the wait would be, but the employees at the front were eating and did not provide a response. Customer service and professionalism appeared to be lacking throughout the entire visit. An eyebrow wax is a quick service, and there was no communication regarding the delay. After waiting and receiving no assistance, I ultimately chose to leave. I understand that businesses can get busy, but customers should at least be acknowledged and kept informed. I came to Palladium Nail Bar for the first time and had Mello, and I absolutely loved my experience. She shaped my nails perfectly, was very gentle and sweet, and did an amazing job. She was honestly the reason I wanted to come back. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks later I came back for a refill and didn't specifically book with Mello, which I definitely regret. I had Teanna this time, and my experience was completely different. Teanna was extremely rough and aggressive with my nails throughout the appointment and repeatedly cut me. I was clearly bleeding, and instead of stopping to check on me or apologizing, she continued and even went over the cuts with acetone. It was very painful and uncomfortable, and I felt like my discomfort was completely ignored. I understand accidents can happen, but I would expect at least an apology and for someone to be more careful afterward. Unfortunately, I also wasn't happy with how my nails turned out. The shape and overall result were nowhere near as good as my first experience with Mello. It's really disappointing because I genuinely loved this place after my first visit and would have happily continued coming back. I would still love to book with Mello specifically because she was gentle, professional, and did an amazing job. However, after my experience with Teanna, I honestly don't feel comfortable returning. My first experience was amazing, but my second experience completely changed my opinion of the salon. read more

So I took my daughters and I to get our nails done this past Saturday. We've never been there before, but it seemed nice. As we're waiting we're looking for colors and the first available technician came and immediately asked us what color we wanted. We weren't ready, but she was rushing us, so she offered to show us some colors that she created. Anyway there was some miscommunication and I ended up having to pay for a color change, not a big deal, but I should not have been rushed to begin with. Then my other daughter went to get her nails done and we weren't told there was an up- charge for the shape she wanted. Again not a huge deal, but I would have liked to know in advance. But really here's where my review gets very bad. The girl that was helping me didn't know how to do the shape I was asking for which was ballerina. It is very similar to the coffin shaped nails and that's what she was doing. She also glued one of the tips on crooked which I pointed out and asked her to fix. Oddly enough the lady doing my daughter's nails next to me kept answering for the person that was doing my nails. Not sure if it was the language barrier but I thought it was odd. Anyway when I pointed out that I didn't really like the way she was shaping them if she could fix it she said yes but then got up and walked away. I thought she was going to come back but, she only came back just to tell me that someone else was going to help me. And the lady next to her said that she was afraid I wouldn't like what she did. I was not rude I just was letting her know before she kept going because they always say, "well you should have said something before I was done". So I did, but apparently she didn't like that. I've never experienced someone just getting up and walking away like that. That's probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Anyway, no one ever came and I got tired of waiting so I just asked them to cut off the tips that she had already glued on and ended up walking away and just paying for my daughters' nails. The girl at the front desk was very apologetic but I would never go back there and I would never recommend that place to anyone. read more

Service: 10/10 Rose was very nice and attentive We asked for 2 deluxe pedis although I didn't get my toes painted/trimmed bc I usually do that stuff myself at home. I just like coming in for a scrub & massage; my bf got the whole the toe clipping/trim/scrub and liked it. The worst experience I have had with a nail salon. I arrived early with my friend excited about get my nails getting done and me time with my friend. To then be treated rudely by their nail tech Teanna. I advised her what I wanted and she proceeded to rolls her eyes and talk to her fellow co workers not acknowledging what I told her. She then proceeded to glue my nail crooked and when I advised her of this she again rolled her eyes and said something to her coworkers and proceeded to laugh in my face. This is when I had to tell her to just stop working on my nails because I did not need or appreciate her negative energy. When I showed her co worker Cindy what she had done to my nails she totally agreed with what I was saying and apologized, but then Teamna came up to me again and proceeded to try and argue with me that I was wrong. I advised her to please step away from me as she was making the situation worse again. Her co worker had to take her away from me. All I was asking for was just the basics of customer service and not to be feel bad or made fun of asking for what I'm paying for. read more

Today was my first time to Palladium and I most likely won't return. I walked in (admittedly on a Saturday) expecting there might be a wait. I was told it would be an hour and I ended up waiting 1.5 hours to then be told what I wanted couldn't be done. Apparently they can not do colored tips with dip here. So I decided on gel since I had already waited so long. The gal takes me back and begins and halfway through leaves me to go wax someone's eyebrows. I didn't wait very long but that's still a little annoying after waiting for so long in the first place. Total of 3.5 hours later and the nails came out JUST OK. She did a good job on the tip colors, but the nails themselves are very lumpy and bulbous looking from the side. I expected a little more attention to detail given they cost $96!! Unfortunately, I can't get my time back. Overall can't recommend this place based on this experience. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and the service has become very inconsistent. Tonight, I paid for a deluxe pedicure but barely received the equivalent of a signature pedicure. I arrived an hour before closing, and it was clear that the technician was rushing through the service. Despite the deluxe package including a 10-minute massage, I didn't receive any massage at all. He also skipped essential steps like trimming and cuticle care. I've had a signature pedicure with Rolyce before, and it was far better than the deluxe pedicure I paid for tonight. I love this place. Everyone is so friendly, and they go out of their way to learn your name and be friendly. They also do an amazing job on nails. My favorites are Hellen, Sue, and Jenny, but I've rarely been disappointed with anyone. Even the receptionist is friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Availability is generally good- and honestly it's one of my favorite things to sit down, have a pedicure, and drink my complimentary champagne. [They also have other drinks available, but why bother when I can have champagne?] I even like the music they tend to play. Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience with this salon. During my initial visit, I had a full set of acrylic nails with French tips done, and everything went smoothly with the nail technician. However, when I returned three weeks later on September 9th for a nail fill, things took a turn. The technician who worked on my nails this time seemed distracted, repeatedly asking for the time and making sure everyone knew she started on my nails at 5:00 PM, even though she was only 30 to 55 minutes into the service. The nail fill was rushed, with barely any buffing or filing done on the sides--just a couple of quick swipes. When it came to redoing the French tips, I asked three times before she filed off the existing tips if there would be an extra charge for redrawing them, but she ignored me each time and continued anyway. To make matters worse, two male technicians stood over her shoulder, which seemed to make her nervous and rush through the service. The lines for the French tips ended up uneven, and she quickly applied the clear coat to finish as soon as possible. At checkout, I was charged $45 for the nail fill, which was expected, but then there was an additional $20 for the French tips and $5 for nail reshaping. I can understand the charge for the French tips, but the technician should have informed me when I asked. When I questioned the cashier about the "nail reshaping" charge, he laughed it off and changed it to "long nail," which didn't make sense since I was only getting a fill. The problems didn't end there. I noticed the next day on September 10th that one of my nails had a large bubble in the white of the French tip on my thumb. Later, the bubble popped, revealing uncured nail gel, which I accidentally ingested. This could potentially lead to acrylate poisoning, causing allergies that could interfere with getting my nails done in the future or even with medical procedures. I returned to the salon on September 10th to address the issues with the uncured gel and uneven French tips, especially considering I paid over $70 for a fill and not a new set. Unfortunately, the staff argued with me, saying, "white nail gel just cures like that under lamps" and "there's nothing they can do." When I expressed concern about potential poisoning, they dismissed it. I requested a refund, but the front desk attendant said their policy only allows in-store credit, which she refused to provide, claiming there was "nothing wrong with my nails" despite the uncured gel issue. I asked to have the French tips removed and replaced with a plain gel coat, and I was sent to another technician. This technician handled my hands roughly and, while filing off the gel top coat and French tips as expected, he also filed off the apex of my nails, leaving them flat. At the end, he warned me with an attitude, "Be careful. They are thin." I received a $20 in-store credit for the French tips, but the front desk lady was rude, simply dropping the card without a word. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how this visit went, especially after having such a great initial experience. read more

I did platinum pedicure with regular polish- there was a very limited selection for regular nail polish. Nail technician paid a lot of attention to smoothing out feet, using mostly the pumice sponge. Polish was mostly good, found a couple of missed spots. Overall decent job. Comfortable massage chairs. read more

When I got my nails done there it was with chrome ... and it stated peeling and chipping with the first 4 hours. So I went back and had them put just a shellac color. And within 7 days it was cracking and peeling. I'm not hard in my hands. I don't rock climb or forge iron. I won't be going back. I got a French tip gel mani on my naturally short nails. Danny did a great job. I was able to get in quickly without a long wait time.

Do not recommend. The Manager is very cocky and not welcoming and this was my first visit. The staff are constantly huddled around each other laughing and talking about their edible drugs more than paying attention to the customer. The products are cheap, no matching dip and polish colors because "they all suck" according to the manager. Tools are reused and not sanitized and there seems to be fees charged for everything. Very overpriced! You have to take off my dip before you can put on a new dip, why charge me for that? Way overpriced for poor service, cheap products and no selection.
